Beautiful, open and bright corner unit, 1250 sq ft waterfront condo. Located in quiet resort style community. Two heated pools, jacuzzis, fully staffed clubhouse, tennis courts, pickleball courts, table tennis, BBQs, walking paths and more.

This completely furnished waterfront corner condo is located on the second floor of a two story building (one flight of stairs, no elevator) in Shorewalk Vacation Villas, one of the most popular communities in Bradenton, FL. Shorewalk is known for its resort style amenities. Located just a short, easy 6 mile drive to Anna Maria Island and its beautiful beaches.

This condo has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. In the master bedroom is a king bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, mounted flat screen TV, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two brand new beds/mattresses - a queen size bed and a twin size. Also a nightstand, dresser, flat screen TV, closet and a full bathroom with tub/shower located next to the bedroom. There are two dining areas, a fully furnished kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. Living room has a large flat screen TV, brand new comfortable furniture and has an attached screened Lanai. This is the perfect spot for reading, visiting, or for your morning cup of coffee. Beautiful view of the lake, peaceful and quiet, except for the gentle sound of the water from the lake fountain.

Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room. Cable TV and free Wi-Fi in the condo. Free parking. Beach chairs available for your visits to Anna Maria Island.

Close to everything you need. Right around the corner from Publix grocery store, and countless restaurants within 5 minutes.

Lovely Condo at the Shorewalk

This large, beautifully decorated, comfortable unit is by far one of the best VRBOs we have rented. It is modern, clean, and located near lots of amenities. Host is super pleasant and informative. We will stay here again!

This was my second Shorewalk stay. The condo was very nice, clean, and quiet. The amenities on the grounds are top-notch. We especially enjoyed the pool and pickle ball court. There was no communication from the host or property manager after checkin.
