This spacious single story home is 3600 sq ft. Boasting 4-bedrooms with king size beds in each room, 3-bathrooms, one with a stunning freestanding bathtub and glamorous step in showers. Our single-story custom-built ‘Dove Creek Retreat’ is located just minutes from award-winning restaurants and local eateries with, hands down, the best scones you’ll ever have! Temecula's Wine Country is less than a 10-minute drive with car services readily available in the area. Murrieta’s Old Town is a relaxing 10-minute walk from the home or a 5-minute bike ride. Enjoy the stunning home, nestled in this luxury neighborhood, located just minutes from 30 wineries and about 20 minutes from Pechanga Casino.

If you want to enjoy the Mountain sunsets and views, get your wine to go and stay in for the night. 3 hours of Jacuzzi time is included in your stay each night. Whether you would rather cook with your family and friends, inside in a gourmet kitchen, or you can enjoy our outdoor wood-burning pizza oven and BBQ grill with all the equipment needed to fire up something delicious for dinner!

Our ‘Dove Creek Retreat’ just keeps getting better, play a few rounds of darts or even swing on the outdoor swings. Grab a glass of wine and enjoy the outdoor fire-pit with the well-placed outdoor lighting for a spectacular evening ambiance. Every space was created mindfully to ensure your comfort.

The home features a large, gourmet, commercial kitchen that overlooks the main living space and is stocked with all the cooking utensils you’ll need. Enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee or tea on the back patio admiring the backyard oasis and the incredible view of the valley.

For our guests convenience, each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, soap, conditioner and spa soft white cotton Towels. All King beds boast hotel-style cotton linens. The home has a full size washer and dryer laundry room, detergent and softener are not included.

Entertainment whether alone or in a group is in every room. Watch the latest movies or TV shows on our large flat screen smart TVs. (Guests must login to their own accounts.) The dining room cabinet has a full cabinet full of family favorite board games, and there are various other games throughout the property.

If you are feeling adventurous or just looking for a healthy stroll, just minutes from the house are numerous biking, walking, and equestrian trails that end just at the end of the driveway.

In addition to the great home essentials, Dove Creek Retreat has also partnered with multiple wineries and businesses in the local area offering various discounts in town. Many buy-one-get-one digital wine tasting cards for local wineries.

This home is truly one of a kind and a luxury asset. Due to this, it is regularly monitored, and has security systems in place. It is closely monitored and the property manager lives in the neighborhood. Management staff may access the premises including the acreage, the pole barn, and the driveway and private garages.

In an emergency, ownership or Property Management are available via the app, phone, email. Management staff and Ownership will never enter the home during your stay without your request to do so or advance notice unless in the case of an emergency.

Pool Maintenance and Landscaping occur once a week. They do their best to not disturb guests, please ensure they are able to complete their tasks. Again, they will not enter the home for any reason.

Dove Creek Retreat may sometimes be booked up to a year in advance. We will do our best to accommodate early and late check in/out requests (at a charge), but there may be other bookings that prohibit this. Book now while it’s still available.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

~RENTAL AGREEMENT: A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in. Please ask the host for more details.

~ GUEST CAPACITY: The city of Murrieta, CA is very strict with the guest count. The premises must not exceed 8 overnight guests. The city only allows for 1 additional daytime guest pass for visitors, no exceptions.

~ ONSITE PARKING: City of Murrieta only permits 3 overnight vehicles on the premises. Guest visitors are allowed 1 additional daytime vehicle pass.

~ QUIET HOURS: City of Murrieta strictly enforces outdoor access and quiet hours. No person shall be outside of the home after 9:45pm. There are "DECIBEL" Meters throughout the property to ensure that the neighbors are not disturbed. If these monitors are triggered, it will result in a fine, as established by the City of Murrieta.
