Why Cosimo Curradi chose Duomo
Fortunately I have been always traveling to discover the beauties of the world. According to me, born in Florence, this is the most beautiful city in the world. So I am proud that so many visitors are coming to discover it. An accomodation gives you the chance to live like a real Florentine, with maximum comfort and autonomy. This is why I'm happy to offer a comfortable apartment, close to all the most important artistic spots and to the shopping streets as well, so my guests can enjoy Florence right in its heart!

The view from the two wide windows is just amazing
Great location. The owner is sooo nice. The apartment extremely clean
My husband and I loved the location and the space of this apartment. It was so convenient to return to the apartment in the afternoon and people watch through the huge windows. The only downside is the garbage collection that is all night long of clunking wine bottles as they're put in the bins by restaurants in the area and the garbage collection that is all day and night long. Definitely bring ear plugs!
The apartment itself was fantastic. There's a nice booklet with business cards for restaurant recommendations, tour information and a lot more information. If you're a heavy sleeper or bring ear plugs definitely don't pass this place up!
Very accommodating and equipped with everything I needed for an extended stay (1 month). The bed was comfortable (in the harder spectrum) and the pillows were of good quality. The landlords were accommodating and overall I would definitely stay here again. This felt like "home-away-from-home". Though fair warning, Florence city center is very loud and if you are a light sleeper, this location might be a problem specially because the garbage cans are right below the apartment. Also, this place has no air conditioning and would get very hot in the summer months. The ceiling fans were helpful but not enough in the heat of the summer. Great location as far as being close to EVERTHING!
Beautiful Square and near everything
Every morning we woke up and walked out the giant wood doors of the apartment and marveled at Florence we walked through the markets and sights I had only seen in art history books and it was phenomenal. If we needed to get back to the apartment midday we were always close given it's central location but set a few streets back from all the big tourist landmarks. Only a 5 min walk to the Duomo and 30 minutes to the uffizi we never felt rushed to get out of the house. It was a great stay
Everything was perfect! Amazing rooms, Gracious Owners
I can't say enough about how amazing this stay was! I didn't want to leave. the best is probably Alberta, who was so friendly and accommodating. The fridge had died before we got there, and she was very worried for us, even though we didn't need it, planned on eating out every night :). She offered us the use of her refrigerator, and gave us a bottle of wine. She was incredibly pleasant every time we spoke with her.
The rooms are spacious and clean, and the ceiling fans were amazing! Definitely helped in the 36 C weather we had while there!
The views were gorgeous, although it was a tad noisy. the restaurants around had people fairly late, and we were right by a bottle recycler, so heard the restaurants empty their bottles into it at night, and the garbage trucks empty them early in the morning. Honestly though, it didn't bother us at all.
I would not hesitate for a second to stay here again, and will be recommending this place to everyone I know who is thinking of visiting Florence.
Wonderful apartment with a wonderful view
We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The close proximity to the train station made what could have been a hectic evening arrival very easy since it was about a 5 minute walk.
The windows provided a great view of the Medici Chapel and the piazza below. It was great to drink our morning coffee and evening wine while people watching the crowds below.
The location of the apartment was perfect for reaching all of the must see sites with great ease. Also, the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals with the food we got from the grocery store close to the apartment. The many restaurants and bars close by were reasonable and delicious.
If we go to Florence again, we'd love to stay here. As others have mentioned, there's a good amount of truck noise in the early morning and crowds at night so you may want to pack some earplugs.
This does not take away from the great apartment or kindness of our host. From booking, to arrival, to stay, to check out everything was perfect.
