Great area from which to experience the sights and sounds of Florence. Emanuele was very helpful, pointing out excellent areas for exploration and eating. Great views from the balcony for morning coffee and evening wine. There are a few stairs to the lift, but Emanuele hoisted our luggage up for us.

I loved the location! Though I had a bit of trouble at first communicating with Emmanuel when it was actually time to meet and check-in he was very informative. The apartment does not offer salt, bath soap or shampoo so we had to go get those basics. If I had expected that I would have packed some! All in all the location is perfect, it’s clean and having a lift was great!

Great place! Perfection location for sight seeing, restaurants the market and transportation. Emanuel was great in providing recommendations. I stayed here the night before I proposed to my fiancé and this was the perfect start to our romantic getaway. The property is in a terrific location and Emanuele was a great host and met us upon arrival. He showed us everything there was to know about the property and surrounding sights. A perfect stay! This apartment is in a great spot, centrally located to everything that you’ll want to do while in Florence.The host, Emanuele, is extremely nice and helpful as well. Upon check in, he brought us out a map of the city and drew out the locations of his favorite places to eat and visit, local markets, and all of the famous historical sites.The apartment is great as well - lots of space, a beautiful patio, and everything you could want for a stay in the city. My wife and I had a picnic lunch while opening up a bottle of wine on the terrace over looking the city, and there is even a perfect pull-out awning to keep you in the shade if it’s hot out.All in all, a great apartment that I would definitely stay at again. Highly recommend!

Everything was amazing. However the shower is terrible. It goes from scalding hot to freezing cold every 30 seconds. There were no paper towels or kitchen towels which made it very hard to do dishes. But overall the place was great. Phenomenal location and great A/C.

Apartment with a view

Delightful apartment, thoughtfully equipped (including a nice kitchen). Lovely balcony to enjoy coffee or cocktails! Emanuelle is a great host, quick to respond to queries. Central location near markets and supermarket. And easy walks to the sights of Florence. Two things to note: there are steps to the elevator, which was out of commission for several days, though our host carried the cases up when we arrived; and, as others have noted, it’s a lively neighborhood at night. Closing windows cuts noise, as do a good pair of earplugs. We were not much bothered but note this for others. Really loved this place overall!
