Wonderful flat (35 sqm+sqm 8 of terrace) situated in the historic centre of Florence (in the restricted traffic zone), only 100 meters from the Duomo Square.
From the panoramic sun terrace and from the windows you have a beautiful view of the Santa Croce church.
The apartment is located on 4th floor (with lift) of an historical building and has been completely renovated in March 2016.
In few minutes walking you will reach: Piazza Duomo, Accademia Gallery, Uffizi Museum, Ponte Vecchio, Signoria square, Santa Croce Square etc.
