Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: due to the spa being on the second floor balcony, the only way for the spa vendor to access the spa for servicing is through the bedroom. The spa vendor will knock on the door before entering. Please do not turn them away, as the spa may become unusable and require extra maintenance if they are unable to service. They have a code to enter the unit, so you do not need to be present unless you wish to be :)

Very spacious and modern. Enjoyed the jacuzzi being in the comfort of my own space. Home conveniently located to freeways, dining options, cafe's & other eateries. A bit annoyed at all the rules at first but honestly they're just your basic courtesy rules one should follow anyways. Not hard.
We very much enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. Lots of space and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Host was very quick to respond and easy to work with. Highly recommend

Upon check in the property was extremely clean, exactly as advertised online, and perfect for our family of 3! The location in University Heights is perfect. Close to lots of eating and shopping! It’s also centrally located to easily get around San Diego!

Chic apartment in University Heights. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within a block or less. Very close to Balboa Park. Nice hot tub on the patio. Would book again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at 4505 Park Blvd. Every aspect of the stay from check in to check out was flawless. Everything was just so comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus after walking around all day. Having off-street parking was also great to have. I looking forward to staying here again.

The unit had some quirkyness. Walls pretty thin..driving out of the underground garage was a challenge..I mentioned before that the carpeting by the hot tub was dirty.. our feet were black after stepped on it getting out of hot tub…Early checkin was a challenge but you resolved it very quickly.BUT the location made up for any small issue we may have had.
Lovely spacious clean home! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! It's in a great location with plenty of restaurants to walk to. There is a Sprouts grocery store that is in walking distance too. Very close to the zoo and Balboa Park. The view from the top balcony was beautiful. I wish the hot tub was warmer, it seemed like it never went above 87 degrees even after I watched the video on how to put it in standard mode. I loved how the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and having the grill on the top patio was nice too. All of the appliances were new and clean. I am looking forward to staying there again!
Apartment was modern and welcoming. We have 2 boys, 15 and 11 and it gave us room to spread out. Loved having washer/dryer option and the hot tub! They provided 4 laundry detergent tabs and also 4 dishwasher tabs which was nice!Fairly quiet neighborhood, only heard a little noise on the weekends but nothing too rowdy. My only complaints are that the trundle bed sheet was not washed and we had to wash upon arrival and the floors did not appear to have been swept at all or not very well. They were very dirty underneath the beds and that dust/dirt would come out from under the bed. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean.Parking is underground and tight. We had a mid-size SUV and it was tough to park when spots were full. I would not recommend if you have large SUV or truck.I would recommend and would stay here again if in the area.
The mattress and sheets were among the best of the many VRBOs at which we have stayed. Why everyone does not provide cotton sheets is beyond me.
Communication with the hosts was excellent. They were very prompt to reply to our messages.
The location is ideal, there is a 24-hour coffee shop right across the street. There are numerous restaurants within an easy walk, as well as drug stores and a grocery store.
The small desk in the master bedroom and the Wi-Fi proved very handy for doing some work. Both bathrooms were very accommodating and had nice showers. We really appreciate shower wands. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of dishes, cups and glasses. We made good use of the electric tea kettle and the toaster. We did not cook any meals, but there were plenty of pots and pans.
We look forward to staying here again the next time we visit San Diego.

We would certainly stay here again during our next trip to San Diego! This unit was perfect for us.The location was great and very convenient to get anywhere in San Diego. Also, just a short walk away, we found great restaurants and coffee shops around the neighborhood. Inside the unit, the second level provided the added privacy and comfort we were not expecting. We also liked having individual A/C units and TVs in each room. The unit was clean and it had all the comforts and amenities we needed in addition to having the jacuzzi, which we enjoyed as well. Having a secured private parking under the building was definitely one of the things we liked the most as it eliminated the hassle of having to find street parking every time we went out. If we were to give any constructive feedback, we would recommend that the outside patio is cleaned as well as the inside of the unit, that new lounge chairs are purchased as the ones provided were not working properly, and provide more hangers for the closets. Overall, this was the perfect property for us for our 10 days stay and can't wait to be back soon. Thank you to the hosts for their prompt and professional
