ALOHA! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in the beautiful resort called "The Point at Poipu", a family friendly resort.

Gorgeous 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATHROOM (King in master and 2 Twins or we can request a Queen for the 2nd bedroom), OCEANFRONT RESORT, short walk to beach, with sand pool, Jacuzzi's, sauna, ponds, waterfalls, pool bar-be sure to enjoy a meal at Honu Cove Bar & Grill, the onsite restaurant at the pool, front desk, business center, plenty of beach towels, fitness center and more!

Surrounded by natural beauty, The Point at Poipu is a dream vacation destination on the southernmost tip of Kauai. The resort overlooks the polished sands of Shipwreck Beach, is secluded among lush landscapes, the resort is surrounded by the natural beauty of the Hawaiian Islands. The sound of ocean waves, scent of tropical flowers, and view of the sapphire blue waters are yours when you visit the Poipu area on the southern tip of Kauai. After a day of exploring, return to the resort to relax with the comforts of home in the spacious two-bedroom accommodations featuring fully-equipped kitchens. Visit the on-site fitness center, explore the traditional gardens, or relax poolside and soak in the warmth of the Hawaiian sun.

Featuring lush landscaping, an inviting lagoon-style pool, and a spacious 2-bedroom villa, The Point at Poipu is your destination for a tropical getaway. Your spacious balcony will overlook the gardens, pool, or the ocean. Villa include a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a relaxing living room and dining area. Washer/dryer are in-unit, along with a safe and FREE WIFI. Also, enjoy outdoor BBQ grills and picnic areas, or spot sea turtles by the calm ocean shores.

Activity center for children and adults. Ping pong table, Ukulele lessons, ribbon lei making, tie dyes and many more fun activities for the family! Upon check-in at the front desk, you will be greeted by a friendly "Ohana". She/he will provide your unit keys, WiFi login/password and a daily activities calendar. You will also be asked to provide a credit card for incidentals AND ALSO PAY a daily transient occupancy tax of approximately $28 upon arrival. Resort fees of $30 per day are INCLUDED in this weekly rate.

Also, most of the photos we took while vacationing at The Point at Poipu Resort. Many were taken on walks, hikes, drives, or just cruising around and doing activities we love to do while on vacation.

*PLEASE NOTE* Unit photos are from various units taken by guests and myself. Actual unit will be assigned at check in based on unit type which varies from garden view, partial ocean view, ocean view and ocean front.

The concierge at the front desk can assist with island activities for a discount. Please feel free to ask for recommendations and anything else!

We loved the pool area! We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach area. We had an older condo but that didn’t bother us. We got what was probably the last of the ocean view before the Oceanfront Makahū‘ena Estates are completed. We were in 3205. We would have loved if the property had an ice machine. We would for sure stay again. The location was great for exploring nearby. Staff were very friendly.

Great Value and Location

I was in town for a conference that was next door and this was a great location for walking. The property itself is a little dated, but it made it a great value. They are in the midst of renovations. The suite itself was very spacious and comfortable. Between the air conditioning in the rooms and cross breeze, it was very comfortable. The amenities were nice and resort staff were very friendly and the concierge was helpful in booking activities. The view from our unit wasn't what the pictures showed, but we had an ocean view from every room since we were on the 4th floor. Everything was easy with this rental and our family had a great time!

We hit the jackpot with this stay. We had stayed here 6 years ago & wanted to return because it’s an absolutely lovely place & the lagoon style pool is my favorite! The location of the resort right on the south tip of the island is the perfect location. You will see turtles everyday swimming in the water right in front of you. But this time was even better than the first time because our property manager Monica was able to upgrade us to a top floor corner unit that overlooked the ocean!!! It was absolutely incredible!!! She was super responsive & helpful in every way. Hope to return again & use Monica as well! Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful vacation for our family

Can't say enough positive about our stay here: - Beautiful, spacious suite. Huge master bath with tub, and our son loved having his own room and bathroom. - Lovely view of the ocean (I think they could call it a full ocean view instead of partial) - VERY comfortable mattress and pillows. I took a picture of the mattress label to see if I can find one for myself. - Friendly, easy check in and concierge. We actually did the sales pitch thing and felt our 1.5 hours was worth saving about $500 on activities we did. (Shaka Zipline and Blue Dolphin morning snorkel, both recommended) - Good location to my conference (Hyatt) and to Poipu and Brennecke beaches (We walked there for dining, but when we actually wanted to play/snorkel/boogie board we drove, as there is plenty of parking and too much stuff to comfortably carry.) - Friendly, fast communication with host. - As we were flying out on a red-eye, they let us stay on the grounds and use the pool after check-out. If I try to think of a negative so it's a "balanced" review. . .If you take a shower in the middle of the day you might have to let the water run a couple minutes before it gets hot. (Seriously, there wasn't much negative).
