You'll fall in love with this spacious, renovated four-bedroom home situated on a private wooded lot on the Pamet River--a birdwatcher and kayaker paradise! The home is tastefully appointed and features exposed wood beam ceilings, wood floors and central air conditioning.

Enjoy a homemade feast in the formal dining room, or dine on the spacious screened-in porch with table (seats twelve) and separate conversation space. If you love to cook, you'll be right at home in the fully-equipped, eat-in gourmet kitchen with commercial stove and ample workspace. Enjoy your morning coffee at the kitchen table looking out over everchanging Pamet River views.

There is a cozy living room with plenty of seating and a large flat screen television with cable. The first floor den with fold-out sofa can be used as sleeping space or a quiet area for reading.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor--one with a king bed (2 XL twins with kit) and the other with a queen. There are two bathrooms on the first floor--one with a full tub/shower and the other with a shower and double sink.

There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower on the second floor. One of the bedrooms has two twin trundle beds (sleeps four--note: three beds shown in photo trundle--fourth bed is under one of the beds) and the other has a king bed (2 XL twins with kit).

All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Bright, natural light fills this beautiful home during the day.

A slider from the kitchen leads to the deck overlooking the grassy lawn and Pamet River. There is also a large enclosed outdoor shower on the other side of the house.

Short walk to the Truro General Store (formerly Jam's) at Truro Center for sandwiches, treats and more. Short bike ride to beautiful Corn Hill Beach on Cape Cod Bay or to gorgeous Ballston Beach on the oceanside. Explore Truro's restaurants, shops, famed Highland Lighthouse, Truro Vineyards and the Cape Cod National Seashore sites, trails and beaches. Fifteen-minute drive to Provincetown for dining, shopping, galleries, clubs, nightlife, museums and fun on the water.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.

This is a charming, spacious, beautifully renovated home in a great location. We love everything about this house. Amazing, private location on the Pamet River, quiet and breezy, walking distance to Truro Center and the weekly farmer's market and only a few miles to bay, ocean, or fresh-water ponds. The house is comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and the porch, which has lots of seating for eating and reclining, is sublime. A fabulous place for a family vacation, filled with great books and lots of board games. - KD, 2023

Quintessential Truro

From the location, to the view, the space, the amenities, the design and perfect Cape Cod details, we couldn’t have been happier. Our kids loved the yard and access to the water as well as the outdoor shower and the upstairs rooms, which gave them their own separate vacation oasis. For us adults, the kitchen was fantastic to make meals and get the family together. The screened in porch is beautiful, and a wonderful place to relax. The family room with all sorts of games, was a favorite hangout. The house is a short drive to Truro proper, Wellfleet, P-town and Race Point. The way I can best describe our experience is that usually when we return from a trip, we are excited to be back in our own home. This time, we were sad we were not still there. Highly recommended. Just not on the dates that we want to enjoy this slice of Cape Cod paradise!

Pamet River house

Wonderful home. Very complete with great kitchen. Location perfect for both bay and ocean beaches. Best restaurant on the Cape, Blackfish, only half mile away.

Awesome home for family vacation.

Just got home from a week in this beautiful home. Everything is better than the pictures show, the kitchen is top notch with a small table for 4 that is not pictured. We ate dinner every night out on the screen porch with a beautiful teak dining table and chairs. The comfy chairs and couches out there were a great place to relax and watch a sunset with a cocktail. The house has a NEST system that is a bit confusing at first but central air works great and has three zones. The bathrooms are all new and well appointed, house is clean and well stocked with pillows and blankets. Den on the main floor has a curtain to close it off and worked well for my teenage nephew. Kayaks were great and the kids had fun exploring the marshes. The house was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone. Thanks for a great week.
