Pristinely clean 2BR/1BA apt 4 blocks to Fox River Bike Trail, near Q Center, Herrington Inn, Riverside, Eagle Brook Country Club, Hotel Baker, Lamplight Equestrian. 1 mile Geneva 3rd St, cinemas, bars, Chicago Metra Train, great restaurants, golf, shopping.

All new cookware, dishes, kuerig, a French press, rice steamer, instaPot, blender. The bike path is just 3 blocks away. We provide bikes! Can sleep up to 6 via Queen air mattress (or couch, not a sleeper) for 5th and 6th guest. Free parking, Strong WIFI, coin laundry available. Lovely, safe residential neighborhood!

*******Not suitable for the mobility-challenged or children under 8 yrs old due to the need to traverse spiral stairs. Approx 15 stairs to the apt entrance.

Long term month-to-month stays are often $4k+/month, this is the cost of a no-lease corporate apartment with everything included. Rates vary depending on high/low season.

External security cameras in halls & public coin laundry area for your security. No pets.

Wonderful experience

The apartment was so cute. The beds were so comfortable!! I slept so well every night, i actually looked forward to going to bed! The host was always available to communicate with and was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone in staying in the area. Even when we had a small issue, the host was very quick to get it fixed and called me to make sure the situation was handled.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Everything was stocked and decorated very nicely. Communication with Cita was easy, she responded very quickly to my texts. It is in a house that is divided, I believe, into 4 apartments. Parking was easy and convenient, the steps, as in the description, may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels, etc. The only issue was the walls are very thin. I could hear the tv and conversations in the adjoining apartments. Not a big deal, unless you are a light sleeper. Overall, a very nice apartment in a lovely neighborhood.

beware of rugs

Everything was great. We were warned about the stairs so I can’t say anything about that. the rugs in the bedrooms And living room Are tripping hazards. My husband and I both got our foot hung up in the bedroom rug twice.
