The space
The cottage is 1,000 square feet of comfortably furnished and cozy space filled with art, books, and good vibes. Located on a quiet residential street, it's more of a quaint get-away than a party house and perfect for writing or just plain relaxing. There are two bedrooms, one on the first floor, one on the second, in addition to an office, dining room, living room, fully stocked kitchen, enclosed porch, full bathroom and basement with washer/dryer. Outside, there is an enclosed yard with a flower and herb garden (May through October) and patio furniture, including grill.

Guest access
The cottage has its own driveway that can fit two cars, as well as street parking. There's plenty to do within walking distance of the cottage, as it's located only 3 blocks from Main Street. For those wanting to venture further, the cottage is located less than 10 minute drive from Hudson (where there is an Amtrak station), 30 minutes from ski towns such as Hunter Mountain and Windham, and 35 minutes from Kingston and Albany.
