Large yard, plenty of room for family retreat or relaxation. Large waterfront with boat dockage. Serene setting with upscale accommodations. Brand new laundry center with washer and dryer. Relax by the covered pool, enjoy the firepit over the water. Kitchen has coffee bar barista, Air Fryer, Bar & Wine Cooler for your entertaining needs. Plenty of room for parking vehicles & trailers, 2 Car Garage for guests to use. Patio dining is covered with outdoor kitchen and grill. There is 75 ft of waterfront with boat lift. Games & activities on site. Fully furnished just bring your food and clothes. Long term accepted, minimum of 4 day rental.
Like to fish but have no boat, ask about our Fishing Charters that will pick you up onsite at the dock. Fishing Charters for Redfish, Drum, Snook and more.

No more than 3 vehicles at residence or two vehicles and boat trailer, If more than the amount listed you must speak with the owners.
There is additional charges if there are more than the guests paid for on the reservation.
There is a total of 8 people max at the residence. No pets allowed. No children allowed. Violation of house rules is a $ 2000.00 fine.

The house is great, very clean and spacious. The backyard/docks are fantastic we really enjoyed sitting near the canal. The hosts were very accommodating and communication was easy. I would recommend staying here.

We had a great time. The house was beautiful and clean. The outdoor area was amazing!! Covered dock made it so much easier when weather wasn’t great. Everything we needed was there and the host was so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful and peaceful home!

This property has been recently updated and had everything we needed plus more that we never get when we travel! It was clean and beautiful and the outdoor area is amazing to relax after a long day or even in the morning with a cup of coffee! The property manager was very attentive and helpful the whole stay!

Super clean, super large and fully stocked. Owners were very responsive and always available. Not like the out of town owners that are on different time zones. Best of all the brand new dock and outside area is first class. Having the covered boat area was fantastic. Nothing like a dry boat seat in the early morning fishing trip.
