Last minute cancellation 8/9-8/16/25. Book 3 or 7 nights $550 per night. Discount price deducted at inquiry. Come and relax with your dog in our private, spacious and newly remodeled 8 bedroom (12 beds - 1 king, 1 double, one futon, 2 twins and 7 queens) property that sleeps 20. Chill out in our hot tub, outdoor shower, deck and fire pit with a large back yard. Walk to Red River Beach and the Nantucket Ferry.

The property consists of one large main house with 2 efficiencies within the house and two efficiency apartments right next door. Trail your boat, park your trailer in our large property and launch your boat at the many public launching areas!

This property is the perfect guest house for wedding parties, guests who are attending a wedding and/or an event nearby. Our spacious property is equipped with 5 newly remodeled kitchens, 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a flat screen tv and is air conditioned. There’s a work space area on the second floor of the main house.l

Good place to stay for a large group

We liked that there was plenty of room for our large family group, including adults and four children. I also liked that each family unit had its own bathroom. Backyard looked pretty large although we didn't take full advantage of it.

Awesome property for big groups!

The house was perfect our big group, we really enjoyed having all the separate living spaces and the big backyard. Being close to the beach was a major plus and just a short drive to restaurants in Harwich and Chatham. Really couldn't have asked for a better spot, hosts were super responsive and helpful as well. Thank you again

Terrific house for all of us!

My family and friends had a fabulous time in this rental. The house is located in a great area, close to the local beach and easily accessible to other areas on the Cape. The best part of the rental were the hosts. They were always available to answer questions quickly. We will definitely rent from them again. We loved it!

The owner was available immediately by text for any issues or questions, regarding beaches or good places for sunsets!!! The microwave broke and someone came that evening to replace. So many rooms and efficiencies, comfortably slept 14! The only way to improve our stay is to have one big kitchen space and table that we can come together and play and eat!
