Easy Summer Vacation

Easy walk to beach or food. The only problem we had the whole time was the last day. We prefer to see the water if we pay for chairs. The last day we had people get in front of us with a big tent. So, I would advise you to take some beach chairs and put them out in front of your rental chairs early to secure your view!! Other than that, great place to stay.

Summer Place stay

The property was clean and had beautiful views. It was close to everything and we enjoyed the pools and hot tub. But we had issues with the water which would come and go. Every time we called, with the exception of the first time, they came to the condo to “fix”. But when we would go to use the water it would be out or barely have any pressure. After the 4th time we just dealt with it. Also no extra blankets so no one could sleep on the pull out couch. Otherwise we had a enjoyable time and can’t wait to come back next year!

Reviewer Comments: Great condo, we have stayed at Summer Place for 12 years for our sisters was clean and the beds were very comfortable, it is in a great location with beautiful views. Kitchen is well stocked but we didn’t do much cooking. The only complaint I had is the couch really stunk like bad body odor. I would suggest having it cleaned along with the living room chair. We had a wonderful time.
