ON THE GOLF COURSE!! Beautiful Sunsets with Mountains. Family Friendly.

Imagine yourself sitting on the covered large patio (this is hard to find in this community), that overlooks the beautiful Public Golf course, grilling dinner and watching a beautiful sunset after a day of golf. Or, playing games in the entertainment room with the kids. This 3 bed/2bath, smoke free, fully furnished home is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked. Also have a high chair and pack n play ( crib).

The home is just minutes away from MLB Spring training at the Peoria Sports Complex. Enjoy the Cactus League with teams such as the Seattle Mariners, San Diego Padres, Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals. It is also just 20 minutes to Westgate Entertainment District next to the State Farm Stadium.

There are 9 public golf courses in Surprise, AZ with another 40+ public courses within 20 miles.

In the mood for shopping, food, or going to a comedy night? Visit the Westgate Entertainment District, a short 20 minute drive.

The home has 3 smart TVs. One in each of the "living rooms" and another in the Master bedroom with the king bed.

Wonderful Home and Excellent Host

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. The house itself was very clean, comfortable, and just as described. Our host was great, very responsive and accommodating, which made everything so easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful Location!

Great stay at this picturesque location on the golf course. There are birds, bunnies, and other wildlife to see. The home is clean and well appointed. It's easy to find and close to some wonderful restaurants and shopping. Great place to stay if you want to site see or explore the region. Hosts are excellent!

Our rental house was amazing! The owners were great to communicate with and anxious to make our stay fun and comfortable! The view on hole 17 was fabulous. Fully stocked kitchen gadgets and appliances. The master bed very comfortable. Grab bars in the showers appropriate! Closet space adequate with plenty of hangars! Outdoor…fabulous grill and fire pits! Comfortable outdoor furniture! Don’t grab this place as we want it again!!
