Excellent stay!

We were very happy with the apartment! It was clean and spacious, and the owners left a booklet with recommendations which was very helpful. They were also extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

This was one of the best VRBO stays I've had! The space was spotless, incredibly charming, and thoughtfully designed. It had absolutely everything I needed to feel at home, from the well-equipped amenities to the amazing soaker tub—which was the perfect place to relax with the complimentary bottle of wine they so kindly left for me.The location couldn't be better. You're within walking distance to so many museums, shops, and restaurants everything the city has to offer. I really appreciated the recommendations. The building itself is full of history and character, and I absolutely loved the stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that filled the space with natural light. They also made for some fantastic people-watching throughout the day. The apartment is beautifully and tastefully decorated, the A/C works incredibly well, and having an in-unit washer and dryer was such a welcome convenience.Greg is an exceptional host. He graciously accommodated an early check-in, was responsive and welcoming throughout my stay, and even offered to ship a shirt I accidentally left behind after I checked out. That level of hospitality really speaks volumes.I also love that the owners operate the hair salon downstairs. It's clear they genuinely care about both this beautiful property and the community they're part of. Their pride and attention to detail shine through in every aspect of the experience. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

4th of July in Philly

We absolutely loved staying in Philly! The house had thought of everything and everyone’s needs! The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to see! The host was super responsive and helped us with any questions we had! Can’t wait to visit Philly again!
