Located on the popular North side of the island with great breeze and Boat access to amazing water and beaches. Guide your rented boat to deserted Moriah Cay, Chat and Chill, Starfish beach, Lunch at Peace and Plenty.
Landfall Exuma is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 story, waterfront home in Moriah Harbour on the island of Great Exuma. The house is located on the very quiet far east end of the island, one mile away from the Little Exuma bridge. It is a perfect place for families or traveling couples to have Exuma adventures.
Landfall was constructed in a traditional Caribbean style. The open floor plan allows the Bahamian heat to rise from the rooms and flow into the gorgeous vented Cupola. Littered with unique hand made items, from the front shutters to the dinning room table, you will feel right at home during your stay.
Whats the best part about Landfall?
Location, Location, Location. Whether you like to rent a boat, paddle board, or kayak to a deserted beach when you visit Landfall its all about the water.
Landfall is situated about a 5 min kayak or 1 min boat ride from Moriah Cay and some of the most beautiful and isolated beaches in Exuma. Moriah Cay, a protected national park, and Man O War cay are easily visited from your private dock. Rent a boat for the week and explore all the gorgeous blue water for miles. Spend the day hiking stocking island, go bone fishing 100 meters away, or find a deserted beach to play on all day. Landfall is the perfect base to really explore both Elizabeth and Moriah Harbour's.
Another benefit is the location of Landfall on Great Exuma. Located about 10 minutes East of Georgetown and off Queen's Highway; Landfall is a very quiet place to rest and recover. The house is in a quiet neighborhood of 5 other waterfront houses and has 2 single kayaks and 2 10 ft paddleboards. Additionally we have plenty of games, puzzles, WiFi, and Satellitte TV for one of our two 48in TV's. Landfall boasts two living rooms so kids can watch a movie in one room and adults can have a quiet evening in the other living room.
Brief power outages are common in the Bahamian outislands so we have added an automatic Generac 22kw whole house generator for your comfort. You'll always have power!
There are two outdoor seating areas. The deck has beautiful views of Moriah Harbour where the cool breeze makes it a great place to eat lunch or dinner. The patio outside the master bedroom has an umbrella and seating that make for a great place to watch the guests play in the water.
* The master bedroom has a king and is downstairs with a beautiful view of the water, the second king bedroom is upstairs with the twin bedroom, and one bedroom with two twin beds.
* 2 single kayaks and 2 paddleboards
* Bring your snorkeling gear and snorkel right off the dock.
* Bonefishing - within 100 meters. Or go out with a guide.
* Want to take a tour of the area by boat? Get picked up on your private dock.
* Rent a boat and dock it behind the house for your stay. Then you are free to explore all of the area.

* 10 min car ride to Tropic of Cancer Beach - One of the best beaches in the World.

We loved staying at Landfall! The house was perfect for our family of 5, plenty of space to spread out. The views are amazing overlooking Moriah Harbour, the dock was perfect to rent a boat and have it delivered. We used the kayaks and paddle boards every day to quickly get across to the sandy beaches on the cay. Snorkeling was so fun to see the turtles, rays and fish. The house is well equipped with lots of beach towels and a cooler for a day on the boat. The kitchen has everything to prepare meals. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the setting, the spacious sitting rooms (2), view from master bedroom, and locale close to town. Renting a boat is a must, swimming is in shallow waters everywhere, but colors in bay are mesmerizing. Kitchen could use some enhancements, but otherwise enjoyed our week. Owners seem to take care of property.

Fantastic Location Overlooking Moriah Harbour

We have been lucky enough to travel all over and have never experienced water as many shades of blue as in Exuma. This may have ruined all other oceans/beaches that we visit in the future as there is really nothing like it. The house has everything that you need and we didn't hear or see any neighbors while there. We took the kayaks out for a quick 20 minute paddle across the bay and had amazing beaches to ourselves daily. Do not hesitate to stay at Landfall, the owner was very responsive and we had no issues with anything.

Peaceful oasis

We spent 8 days on Landfall and it immediately felt like our home away from home. The living space is so comfortable and we spent many hours playing the board games that were provided. The kitchen is well stocked with items needed to cook and bake. The landscaping around the home is so beautiful and I especially loved the birds that frequented the surrounding trees and balcony. Beautiful views of the water. Would definitely highly recommend staying here.

Landfall is a beautiful home, in a beautiful place. Has everything you need and more! The shallow waters are great for snorkeling (actually the best time we had snorkeling was right off the dock), kayaking, swimming, and the sunsets!! Location, Location, Location!! Just a great location to explore a deserted island (moriah cay), rent a boat for the week, or kayak. Get to the best beaches in minutes.
Awesome place for kids to learn to snorkel and swim off the private dock. Or go out with a Bonefish guide and fish the shallows of the South Side of the island. They will just drop by and pick you up on the dock.

What makes this property unique

A boat lovers dream. If you like to boat and explore then this is your place. You can dock your rental boat right behind the house and take it out to explore over 15 miles of protected water. So much to see from the water.
Waterfront, Great Dock, good snorkeling and kayaking right in the area. Kayak over to Moriah Cay and walk one of the prettiest beaches you have ever seen. Bonefish 100 meters from the dock.
A quiet retreat that is a 15 min boat ride to the Chat and Chill and all the activity.
