4TH Floor, ONE BEDROOM, ONE BATH GULF VIEW
This beautiful customized unit has special one of kind added features and touches to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The floor plan provides an open, spacious feel and the flooring throughout is diagonally laid porcelain tile. This unit has a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the den. The den is beautifully furnished and has a 50 inch LED TV w/Blu Ray DVD player.
The master bedroom offers a retreat feel with a comfortable king size bed, custom lighting, 50 inch LED TV w/Blu-Ray DVD player. The bedside outlets include built in USB charging receptacles. There are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and the living area. The bathroom has a custom walk in shower with glass doors, granite countertop and plenty of storage space. The kitchen features an extended length granite counter, custom backsplash, double sink, all new stainless appliances, full size refrigerator with an ice maker, custom cabinets, built in USB charging ports and island seating for four. This is the closest you can get in a one bedroom on the Gulf side to the beach and offers a spectacular view. You are guaranteed to enjoy truly exceptional views of the Gulf in the bar height furniture on the balcony.
