About this property

Completely Renovated PGA West - Stadium Course - Lic #259026

Our 2 bed 2 bath vacation home is situated within a gated community on the 12th hole of the famous PGA West Stadium Course; one of the top 100 golf courses in the world (Golf Magazine)

We are privileged to host both short-term and long-term guests with stay durations from 4 days to 4 months.

The condo is a single level 1350 sq. ft. unit with a fully updated open floorplan that includes Cal King beds in each bedroom as well as an upgraded sports cable package. (hockey, tennis, basketball, football, etc.)

The dining room has seating for 6. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a 60” HD flat screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. Everything you will need to sit back and relax.

The newly remodeled kitchen has plenty of prep space and is fully equipped for any cook.

There is a patio located off the living room with a table and 4 chairs for your morning coffee as well as two large lounge chairs to relax and watch some golf.

The Master suite has a Cal King Bed, spacious bathroom with a soaker tub, additional closet for extra storage and new dual sink vanity. The master bedroom has its own patio, which is nicely located on the back side of the home overlooking the 12th fairway of the TPC stadium course.

The 2nd bedroom also includes a Cal King bed with a view of the courtyard. The 2nd full bathroom is connected to the guest room but also accessible via the hallway. There is a large closet and dresser providing plenty of space for an extended stay.

A golfer's paradise! TPC Stadium course is one of the three public courses within PGA West. You can check out my other completely renovated properties #4055434 & #4015492 also within the Stadium community of PGA West.

La Quinta has many Zagat Rated restaurants and bars, with live music. And you are never far away from the many other choices offered along El Paseo, (the Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert), for both shopping, restaurants and works of art.

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed, very clean and newly remodeled. It had a great view, easy access to the pools and we really enjoyed daily bike rides. Ken was very responsive to our questions and also went above and beyond trying to help out our friends who had issues with a different VRBO that they had rented. I would highly recommend renting from Ken and Meredith.

Amazing Stay in the Desert!

I stayed here with a few friends for a long weekend during Coachella. Not only was it very close to the festival grounds, it was a great property with comfortable beds, access to a community pool just a few houses down, and a beautiful view of a PGA West golf course. The hosts are very dedicated to making your stay as seamless as possible, responsive, and happy to help. Will definitely be booking with them again!

Stadium course with a view

Our family had a great stay. The unit was very clean, the owner was very informative, check in was a breeze, the kitchen was well outfitted, the view from the patio was spectaculars, the pool was very close and an added plus was a lemon tree just off the patio.

Tennis tourney get away

Ken and Meredeth's condo was the perfect option for an extended stay during the BNP Paribas tennis tournament. The unit was clean with all of the essentials. Everything was as described. My wife and I love the La Quinta area. The air is so clear and with the mountain views over plush green grass it is just a beautiful region. It's been a dream to own a home here on a golf course. This property with the open floor plan was a blank canvas as we replaced everything. We are so proud of our home away from home.

We fell in love with PGA West and the TPC Stadium course which was rated the 4th toughest course in America by Golf's Digest. I'm a 10 handicap so you can say I like a challenge.
