The host was very communicative and responsive during the booking and check-in process. The house was clean and very well-equipped for our stay. It takes a little to get to the house, but there is a great view and lots of solitude.

Appreciated the quietness and enjoyed the views from the property and cabin!
Wonderful location with beautiful view and charming humming bird visitors. Great access to the National Parks.Missing flat sheets on the beds in one bedroom. Would be nice to have more coffee pods for 3 night stay with 4 adults ... Or a coffee maker and filters.
This property was incredible for relaxation! The view is beautiful, the area is quiet, the location is very near the national park. We loved our time here. We'll be back!
The outside looked a little like an older place but the inside was adorable and well stocked. While unloading our car we noticed the sun setting right off the front porch and it was honestly one of the most beautiful sunsets over the mountains I have ever seen. We actually cancelled a sunset hike we had planned for later in the week because we knew it would not compare!
The home was as described and had just about all we needed. It was adequately supplied. Coffee was provided but we could have used some sugar packets. The towels were a bit small and a little rough but worked ok. The sunset was amazing, we arrived just in time to see that. When you arrive on the road listed, look for house numbers, dont rely on your cars GPS. Our cars had us go too far and we missed it. WiFi is spotty on the road but we were able to grab it and loaded google maps on our phone that got us to the correct location. It was close to the National Parks which was great! Perfectly adequate for 4 adults! We also had the bonus of deaer on the property!
Great location for visiting Kings Canyon & Sequoia National Parks. Beautiful view from the house. As seen in other reviews, bath towels very small, thin & rough, bedding-no top sheet & just thin comforter. Mattress comfortable though. Air conditioner in both bedrooms & living rooms. Set them at same temp as instructed but the one in back bedroom dripped & very noisy. Saw that others c/o air conditioner not working but must not have gotten fixed. Enough pots & pans to cook at the house which was nice. A new can opener is needed.Overall, would probably stay here again due to location. Strongly recommend to owner to get new towels, bedding & fix air conditioner.

Needs updating
AC issues and ants. After 1st day we could not control the ac units. Had to throw out some food because of ants. Towels were small and old. Has the basics but nothing extra. Needs sheets on the beds. Great view and close to park.
Was on top of a hill next to what appeared to be vacant houses ….. only stayed one night of what we booked due to something growling in the woods. Two attempts to contact property owner for 2 separate things and never got a response. What located on the top of a very winding road that wasn’t much bigger than one lane with school buses racing down it. Not one of my better Vrbo choices - and have stayed in all 50 states.
Cute House in Great Location to Kings National Park
It was the perfect location to rest after a long day in the national parks. It was not anything fancy, but it was very clean. The sheet and linens could be improved. The beds did not have top sheets and the towels were very small and rough texture. We did not use the kitchen at all.
We stayed here for 2 nights in mid June, 2025. Even though this property is very close to the Kings Canyon N.P. and has a nice view, we encountered the following issues. 1. Air Conditioner IssueOnly one out of three air conditioners in the property worked. We reached out to the owner, but it wasn't very helpful as they either denied our problem, stating there was no error code, or getting too cold was not an issue.2. Ants IssueOn the 2nd day, there were lots of ants in the kitchen and we had to spend a lot of time cleaning them.3. Mouse IssueDuring the first day, we saw small black objects that looked like rodent feces all around the house. Out of precaution, we put all the food items in the refrigerator or a high up on the counter. On the 2nd night, right before we were going to sleep, we saw a mouse running through the living room. It was late and we were tired, so we figured it was best to go to sleep as we did not want to look for another hotel, pack up, and go to another place at this point. Right after we woke up, we notified the owner about the mouse, their feces, and the ants issues. By then, there were more feces in the house (see photos). It was so disgusting and we did not want to use the sink or kitchen items.4. Owner Communication IssueWe were surprised that we did not hear from the owner at all after sending the message. No apology, nothing. We've never dealt with such irresponsible and uncaring owners with any platforms and are quite disappointed.
Jeder zeit wieder!
