A Tiny Home in Trapper Creek, AK

At mile 115 of the Park's Highway, less than a mile off Susitna River Road is our brand-new guesthouse which is a tiny home built with the modern amenities you would find in a newer home with a keyless entry. It’s supplied with a fully furnished kitchen including an electric cooktop stove, small refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and all cookware and utensils. A full bathroom with a propane on-demand hot water system, a main bedroom on the bottom floor with a queen bed and a large closet, and the loft with two twin beds. This 14x32 cabin has 448 SQFT on the main floor and 224 SQFT on the loft. The main entry has a farm-style dining table and a loveseat.
Our Tiny cabin is heated with propane heat and is finished throughout the cabin with a tongue and groove knotty pine finish with matching kitchen cabinets and laminate flooring. USB wall plugins are conveniently located in the main living area, by the dining table, main bedroom, and in the loft.
The outside entry has a 14'x10' covered front deck and electrical outlets located outside under the deck. A large gravel parking area surrounded by trees to accommodate your ATV and snowmachine trailers with two gated entries.
We are in the heart of Trapper Creek, AK, and are less than 1/2 mile from groomed snowmachine trails with your choice to ride south or head north on the Curry Ridge trail system. These trails all connect and provide access to Petersville and the foothills for world-class snowmachine adventures. In the summer local ATV trails at the end of Susitna River Road have unlimited trails for your four-wheeling adventures. Travel down old logging trails or follow the river slue to the main Susitna River channel for a beautiful outing or a cookout by the river.
Shopping, Showers, and Laundromats are located nearby at Three Bears (.9 Miles) Vitus (1.5 Miles), and Alaska's famous Walmikes (.8 Miles) for your convenience. Trapper Creek USPS (.7 Miles) and Trapper Creek Community Park (1.1 Miles) from our location.
Cubby's Grocery store is fourteen miles south just past the Talkeetna cutoff. MVFCU Banking, Moore's Hardware store, and Car Quest are all located conveniently just off the Talkeetna cutoff on the left.
To the north just past the Chulitna River Bridge is Princess Lodge (20.2 Miles) and McKinley View Lodge (20.3 Miles) for views of Denali and dining. Denali Viewpoint is just North of McKinley View Lodge at (20.8 Miles) for a short hike for breathtaking views of the entire Denali Mountain range with the Chulitna River in the foreground.
