Comfortable 3/2 on the edge of Kerrville, near shopping, dining and town but with a country setting. Soaking tub in the master bath, and 2 leather couches in the living room. Great location for seeing the Hill Country with quick I10 access. Lake stocked with bass, perch, and catfish!

I have traveled the world in the offshore oil business and stayed in a great variety of lodging. Hosting my house is an effort to give comfortable lodging in a pleasurable location to every customer based on my own travel experiences.
Why they chose this property
The 708 Town Creek home is located on a quaint property facing a lake which is some 40ft wide and up to 5 ft deep. This location is central to town but has country charm. Easy access to IH 10 and a short trip to the Fredricksburg wine country.
What makes this property unique
There are not a lot of waterfront properties in town.
