Beautiful property with a lake behind it. House is very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked.

Location is perfect. In a quite neighborhood, but close to Interstate. House very clean, very comfortable, and equipped with everything you need! The 708 Town Creek home is located on a quaint property facing a lake which is some 40ft wide and up to 5 ft deep. This location is central to town but has country charm. Easy access to IH 10 and a short trip to the Fredricksburg wine country.
What makes this property unique
There are not a lot of waterfront properties in town.
