Three Bedroom, 2 bathroom historic 1901 Home. Complete with modern amenities. Location, Location, Location... Center of town and next door to the famed West Side Tavern.
Choose to cook in the gourmet kitchen with modern Bosh appliances, dine at the tavern or walk to Main Street, you couldn't ask for a better location. 12 miles to Boulder, 35 miles to Denver and 33 miles to Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park.
In addition to the 2,200 sq ft home we boast a finished basement with a Pool Table / Ping Pong and game room.
You will enjoy time spent on the kitchen porch with family and newly made friends enjoying this old town feel.
The Home is pet friendly, with a doggie door to the fenced back yard and waterproof pet blankets provided.
I almost forgot to mention the Japanese Message chair. This is no small toy... but the real deal.

The house is amazing. The restaurant right next door has great food and atmosphere. There is ample parking at this home in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. The host was great to work with and checked in on us to make sure everything was satisfactory. 10/10 would stay here again.

One of our best rentals ever. The house was perfect for us and well located in historic Longmont. The house was very modern and updated with comfy beds. The amenities were great and the house was well stocked. Even better, it was next door to one of the best restaurants in Colorado. The west side Tavern is a must for anyone visiting Longmont. Our host Wes was fabulous making check in and check out super easy. We’ll be back!

Superhost Alert! Perfect Stay in a Charming Historic Home

Our stay at Wes' place was absolutely fantastic! He was a great communicator, always friendly and available whenever we reached out with questions. The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the Historic West Side, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The house itself was a real gem. Beautifully restored with a great mix of historic charm and modern updates, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (the cool artwork throughout was a bonus!). The massage chair was fun and relaxing after a long day of exploring! We also can't recommend the West Side Tavern next door enough. The food, drinks, and atmosphere were all fantastic - a great spot to unwind after a day of adventure. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming and comfortable home base in Longmont. Thanks for everything, Wes!
