Three Bedroom, 2 bathroom historic 1901 Home. Complete with modern amenities. Location, Location, Location... Center of town and next door to the famed West Side Tavern. Filled with original and signed artworks.
Choose to cook in the gourmet kitchen with modern Bosh appliances, dine at the tavern or walk to Main Street, you couldn't ask for a better location. 12 miles to Boulder, 35 miles to Denver and 33 miles to Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park.
In addition to the 2,200 sq ft home we boast a finished basement with a Pool Table / Ping Pong and game room.
You will enjoy time spent on the kitchen porch with family and newly made friends enjoying this old town feel.
The Home is pet friendly, with a doggie door to the fenced back yard and waterproof pet blankets provided.
I almost forgot to mention the Japanese Message chair. This is no small toy... but the real deal.
