Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room. Close to USAFA, Memorial Hospital North and St Francis Hospital North. Shopping and parks nearby. Minutes from I-25 and The Shops at Briargate.

Easy driving distance to all the attractions the Pikes Peak area has to offer. Relax in the comfortable air conditioned home after you return at the end of a day of adventures in our beautiful area. A fully stocked kitchen awaits you to use if you stay in, or there are an abundance of restaurants in the area a short drive from the house.

We are not able to accommodate any type of service animal at this location due to family members with severe allergies.

This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and will sleep 7.

The master bedroom (with private bathroom), living room, kitchen, office area (with futon) and a second bathroom are all located on the main level. There are two steps into the main level from the walkway or the garage and an open floor plan on the main level. Two additional bedrooms, a living area and a third bathroom are downstairs ensures that everyone has enough space to relax in.

There is room in the garage for one vehicle, off street parking for up to two vehicles and additional parking available on the street near the residence.

Expecting company? No problem...there is ample street parking across from the house and in the neighborhood for several other vehicles.

This house was perfect for spending 1 on 1 time with family while we were visiting. The extra added touches such as books, games, and suggestions of local restaurants and activities helped ease the search for something that was great! Loved staying in this home!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay here! The home is impeccably maintained and very clean, every needed amenity you can imagine is in the home, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the location is central to many destinations in Colorado Springs. The owner is extremely kind and responsive and checked in to make sure things were going well during our stay. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!!!!

We loved our stay here! Spacious offering with plenty of space for us to enjoy. Check-in was a breeze and secure. Having the child amenities was an added bonus that really was well appreciated. EXCELLENT home for vacation

We've stayed in about six different vrbo's and this was by far the best one. I brought my parents and University daughters with us and we all slept great. My dad was convinced that these types of places to stay are much better than hotels. Jeff's communication was terrific, the check-in was seamless, he has everything needed inside this place. It was so comfy and truly a HOME that we could relax in during our vacation for our daughter's graduation. This place is so recommended, five stars is not enough.

Great place for our mini vacation for 3 couples

Home away from home!

Clean, comfortable and spacious! This home had everything we needed. Comfortable beds with walk in closets and plenty of well stocked bathrooms. My sister and her husband, our older sister and myself and husband felt right at home. This would be a great place for a family with children as well. Check in was efficient as were all instructions. A definite FIVE STAR home.

This property was perfect for our family of 5 to stay at while we attended a wedding in the area and did some site seeing. Jeff was an excellent communicator and was very accommodating. The house was very clean with a lot of space for everyone. We were traveling with our young adult children and they appreciated having their own living room space and bedrooms on the lower level for some added private space. Having 3 full bathrooms was a luxury. We didn't use the kitchen much but it was well stocked with everything you would need if you chose to use it. My SIL and BIL live only 6 minutes away so they are excited to have an option to have a place that people could stay that come to visit in the future after we had such a nice stay. It is well located near the highway but in a very quiet neighborhood so you have the best of both worlds.

Jeff is the perfect host. He is quick to respond, helpful, and has set up a lovely home with an abundance of amenities. It was easy to entertain my toddler with the toys and kids books and the adults enjoyed the games and books that were provided. You'll find everything you need here from fans in each bedroom (which are all quite spacious) to plastic silverware for food on the go. The quiet neighborhood is beautiful and there are some excellent parks and lots of other attractions nearby. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you, Jeff!!

Main level will accommodate those who are unable to navigate stairs. The master bedroom with bath, living room, office, kitchen and dining room are all on the main level. Only two steps into the house from the front door or garage.
