Close enough to enjoy, but far enough away to remain a quiet retreat.

We travel as often as we can (which is quite a lot), are avid scuba divers, and recently became grandparents for the first time!

Why they chose this property

The Old Colorado City area on the west side of Colorado Springs has the small town charm that I grew up with in rural Kansas. Our home, and this apartment, sits halfway between the Colorado Springs Downtown Business District and the Old Colorado City Business District which allows easy access to shopping, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Ten minutes to the west is the quaint mountain town of Manitou Springs, the base of Pikes Peak, and endless hiking.
