We came here for Ironman Lake Placid and were pleased with our stay! We enjoyed grilling on the deck and watching movies in the living room - the hosts helped us tune the heating/AC, were incredibly responsive, and provided straightforward checkin/out procedures.
This is a wonderfully appointed cabin of beautiful traditional wooden construction and detail, and fitted with new appliances (fridge, stove, washer/dryer) and heating/cooling system. Very thoughtful and plentiful amenities. A great home base for Adirondacks adventures!

Thank you foe the kind words, Nelson! So glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. We would love to have you anytime 🙂
We had two families stay at the chalet, and we enjoyed our time, the location, the suite house, and the property. We enjoy vintage homes, and so we found this one charming. We enjoyed the open kitchen, and really appreciated the view off of the back porch. We certainly recommend this place!
Enjoyed a relaxing stay, the house is well equipped, clean and cozy. Went into Wilmington to swim, played pickle ball in Jay, went up Cloud-splitter gondola. Lots of fun for the whole family.
We absolutely LOVED this Chalet! It is a warm, clean, cozy and very comfortable mountain home. We enjoyed watching movies and playing games with the fireplace adding warmth and ambiance in the background. We drove to Lake Placid several times and enjoyed the town, Ere’s Pizza and the local Olympic sites very much. It was a delight to communicate with Erica - she is very responsive and extremely helpful! Our family would love to come back in the summer and stay here again!

thank you very much for the kind words! 🙂 we love to hear when guests really got to enjoy their stay. hope to see you soon, Kerri!
My girlfriends and i stayed in the cabin for my bachelorette party and it was just what we were looking for. Two bathrooms, plenty of beds for the girls to have their own space, fully equipp3d kitchen for all our cooking needs, pull through driveway, and so close to all the hikes and adventure! Five star.
The property was amazing. It has been recently been updated so it was even nicer than what the listing showed, which was a great bonus.
Great property with plenty of space and all the amenities you need. The hosts were very easy to communicate with, check-in in was seamless, and the home was beautiful. The home is perfect for a group, family, or even just a couple. We had high expectations, and this home and the hosts far exceeded them.
We will definitely be staying again on our next trip to the Adirondacks.

Thank you for the kind words, Daniel! So glad you enjoyed your stay and we would love to host you anytime. Cheers!
Our large family had a great time at this home. It is absolutely adorable, well-decorated, comfortable, smelled good, and there are a ton of amenities such as a well-stocked pantry, kitchen, and laundry/bathrooms. We enjoyed our time and loved the space. Our advice would be to make sure you have all-wheel drive because during winter it may be hard to get out of the roundabout driveway! :)

Thank you for the kind words, Elizabeth! All the best 🙂
This is a wonderful place to stay if you really want to get away from it all. The home is nestled away in the middle of the woods and is cozy, clean and secluded. We were greeted by two deer on the front lawn when we returned home one evening. Excellent water pressure, very comfortable beds with sheets/comforters that wrapped us in warmth. This was one of the best Vrbos that I have ever stayed at.
