The owners have put great care in the details from the patio and fire pit table overlooking the natural desert ravine and black lava cinder ridge vista to the layout and decor of each room showcasing the beauty of Southern Utah's stunning iconic vistas. The kitchen is well appointed to accommodate your family adventures around the dinner table and grill. Each room has its own bathroom, the beds are comfortable, the gathering spaces are thoughtful, and the home is central to area venues, restaurants and shopping.

The amazing castle themed bunk room, whether you're a Harry Potter, Tangled or Princes Bride fan you will agree that the spirit of imagination, play and endless adventures will come alive here. This two-story castle will provide the best memories for all the little girls and boys from 2-92! Scale the castle walls, storm the draw bridge or dress as a princes welcome the prince to a fine meal in the Castles mess hall/dungeon. . . . of course, a song or two about an "evil witch" if you must! Nerf guns, swords and epic battles are sure to engage the whole family in fun. The bunk beds themselves are legendary too. Each bed has its own lights, tech-charging stations and are super comfortable and designed to sleep adults as well as kids. Feel free to brave a night in the castle too if you would like! The owners have also thought of the adventures you're able to have at Zion National Park,our local Snow Canyon State Park or either of our 3 State Reservoir lakes. They've provided two portable paddle boards that you can take to the lakes. The paddle boards are back-pack based and travel easy in a car and are quick and easy to set up and take down. The Casitas Resort Community also has a great pool and hot tub within steps of the front door and ample guest parking as well. The pool is heated in the cooler months and is accessible year round.

This home is designed with a great room off the kitchen with good seating for conversations or to watch sports as well as the upper loft family room with a super big HD TV for movies and games. Having too much fun? You can always retreat into your bedroom suite, close the door and read a book, take a nap and unwind too.

Thinking of bringing a boat or ATV/Razors? There is limited trailer parking on a first-come first serve basis in the community. With a 2 car garage and driveway, you can park up to 4 cars at Castle Ridge. There is guest parking directly across from the home for additional guests. There is an outlet for an EV charger, bring your own cord.
