Guests have access to the entire home and rooftop deck.

Our townhouse shares one wall with the neighbor's adjacent townhouse. We ask that guests please be mindful of this shared wall while using the stairs, and prevent items from bumping against the walls.

Our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse is especially convenient for groups who prefer a third bedroom separate from the others.

The townhouse is set back from the street with a driveway leading right to our designated parking spaces and ground floor entrance.

The entry level has a bedroom with smart TV, a workspace and comfortable queen size sofa bed. There is also a laundry area in the ground level hallway with full size high efficiency appliances.

Take the stairs up to our open concept main floor with lots of windows and high ceilings. Here you'll find the living room with 65" smart TV, dining areas, and a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of space to inspire cooking enthusiasts.
Tucked away around the corner, this level also has a half bathroom.

On the third level are two more bedrooms to unpack and unwind with queen size beds. Two full bathrooms complete the third floor layout. One in the hall with tub/shower combo. The other an ensuite bath with oversized stand up shower and dual sinks.

The primary bedroom has a smart TV, and both upper level bedrooms have a private workspace, big windows for natural light, and room darkening shades to enjoy sleeping in while on vacation!

Test your climbing skills one more time to get a glimpse of the majestic city views from the spacious rooftop deck. Watch the sunrise while sipping your favorite Seattle coffee, and don't forget to catch a beautiful sunset drift behind the hills in the distance. Up here on the rooftop deck you'll find a table and chairs, plus a BBQ for the grill masters.

***Our home has a built in mini split air conditioning unit on the middle floor. It is efficient in cooling this entire level and can be used in combination with our many portable fans to better circulate cool air.

***Two portable air conditioners are included during warm weather months. There is one in each upstairs bedroom. Please do not disconnect or attempt to relocate the portable air conditioners. They are securely installed to properly ventilate exhaust out the window.

***During the cooler seasons, the portable A/C's are intentionally uninstalled and stored away. Should you require the portable A/C's be available during the cool weather season, please notify the host in advance so we can install it before your stay.

***The ground floor bedroom does not have air conditioning, but there are multiple portable fans inside the house.

***Each room has heating, and its own thermostat to adjust to each occupant's comfort level. Should you need more warmth, there are also portable space heaters.

***High-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 1.2 Gbps, Bose Bluetooth speaker, board games, and an air purifier are all included.

***We have two on site parking spots right next to the townhouse! One is a carport style, and the other is uncovered. Mid-sized or smaller vehicles are best suited for maneuvering in and out of either parking spot.

***Additional parking is allowed on the street without a permit, fee, or time restrictions.
