The property was good. My kids and I had fun on the trip and the location was close enough to downtown to be convenient.

Firepit on deck would not stay litLights didnt work on deck had to run Extention cord to indoor outlet Very hot upstairs unable to sleep in master bed Door on porch to deck broken Not very cleaned floors Faucet in kitchen leaks Host didnt respond at all when text thru appKeyless Door entry very janky and loose LOOKS LIKE A REMOTAL went wrong Did not send matenince like they said to property. DO not book this at all not worth it very mad and when contacted by vrbo they denied compensation DO NOT RENT WITH THIS HOST ..

Such a silly review from a terrible guest. Samantha expected to be babysat from the time they arrived until after leaving (demanding a refund after staying for 4 days). We sent maintenance to the property twice for her concerns that were addressed and offered to send them a third time (she declined). She didn't mention any of the items below -- other than the deck lights --until after we declined her request for a refund. Would not host again and would not recommend. Looking for a free stay.

Just right

Our group wanted to see the Smokies for the fall leaves changing and doing some hiking and seeing the sights of Gatlinburg. This cabin was just the spot. Convenient to all of that. Check-in was a breeze and the cabin was very spacious for me, my friend and her adult grandaughter and her fiance. Our only disappointment was the previous renter had left food in the refrigerator and the cleaners had not removed it nor had they cleaned the kitchen floor well. Not the fault of the host. Also, we had so looked forward to using the outdoor fire pit but the propane tank was empty. However, the cabin itself was a dream and we will probably try to stay again next year.

The cabin was excellent. Great spot and close to the strip in Gatlinburg. The hot tub was amazing. Everything in the cabin was beautiful and in working condition. It is in a very peaceful spot.
