Farmhouse on quiet one-acre plus property south of the highway with 4 bedrooms, 2 offices/additional spaces, and 3 full baths. Open kitchen with island, dining area and walk-in pantry; adjacent living room. Kitchen and bathrooms have high-end fixtures and appliances.

Property is sun-drenched with ample shade from old maple trees. Brand new 50-foot, deep, heated gunite pool and sauna for daytime and nighttime use. Backyard patio with large dining table, seating area and umbrellas, lawn and pool chairs.

All amenities included: furniture, towels, linen, soaps, smart TVs, high-speed wifi, high-end kitchen utensils and cookware. Bicycles and surf boards are provided as well.

Renovated pool house with full bathroom, mini-fridge, sink, air conditioning, Concept2 rower, and space to relax.

Across the street from Pike's Farmstand and Loaves & Fishes; five minute walk to Wolffer Vineyard and the Sagaponack Distillery; five-minute drive to Sagg Main ocean beach. 2-minute drive to Bridgehampton Village; 8-minute drive to Sag Harbor Village.
