This extremely private classic Cape Cod home is situated on 3.5 acres is perched on a bluff overlooking Little Pleasant Bay and Nauset Outer Beach. There are breathtaking water views from almost every room! With four bedrooms, three baths, and a new enclosed outdoor shower this home sleeps 8 comfortably. The expansive single floor living plan holds two rooms each with two twin beds, one room with a queen, and one room with a king and en suite bathroom. Off the back of the home is a deck area as well as a large yard leading to the property's private beach stairway. During the day launch your kayak or anchor your boat at the shore and enjoy beautiful Little Pleasant Bay. At night make use of the large exterior deck that has room for six-to-eight persons to dine. After dinner you can enjoy the multiple lounge chairs on the deck or use the new fire pit that seats 8 that overlooks Little Pleasant Bay. Amenities include wireless internet, gas grill and beach chairs. This home is only partially heated (Bedrooms with twins and primary bedroom are not heated). Front entry has 12 stairs to the driveway. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens are not provided—guests may bring their own or rent. This property does not have air conditioning.

South Orleans home

This property has a fabulous deck and view of beautiful Pleasant Bay. The location is fabulous. However, almost none of the windows work (the wind out mechanisms are broken) and one of the windows in the master bedroom looks like it’s going to fall out. The back door is falling apart. The house desperately needs repair and we would never rent it again.

The home is on the older side and has signs of age. The information from the rental company could have been more detailed in for the location to bring the trash. We called up the rental agency a few times and got a great responses. The properties care taker did a great job. We enjoyed the private beach for walks as well as the close location to the amazing beaches. Wisk Cafe was a great place to eat. We only wish we had discovered it sooner.

Sometimes hard to miss the driveway but we enjoyed the privacy of the property. House is old, but retains its charm. Plenty of space for our family of 8, loved having 3 full bathrooms! The view was just spectacular. Yes we were on a cliff and had to walk down all the stairs to get to the little beach but it wasn't that bad. House was clean, TV did not have many channels we could find but wifi was good. House does not have AC, fans in the bedrooms were fine but the main room does get warm during the day, no good cross breeze... except for at night! Overall, pictures were true to the house and we had a nice time there! Less than 10 min drive to town with few restuarants, ice cream, and kayak rentals. I would recommend to others.

Orleans August 2020 Vacation

The oversized deck and outdoor shower made our trip a memorable one. The house however is in need of some tlc. That bathrooms and kitchen need updating and the furniture could you use some refreshing. We lucked out with the weather spending 90% of our time outside enjoying the private beach and the excellent location. This would have been a fantastic house if the bathrooms and kitchen weren't as dingy.

Wonderful views and a nice large yard to play games and relax. There is also a great new, clean outdoor shower that made our week there special. I struggle with this review because the outside amenities - view, water access, shower, deck, yard, friendly neighbors - are amazing but the inside of the house is a let down. It is a spacious house but has many issues - windows that don't work, malfunctioning dryer, rundown bathrooms, an owner that just drops in or walks in without knocking to conduct personal business. The house needs a deep cleaning, and needs updates to all furniture as well. A little TLC (major Spring cleaning needed) with some new furniture and paint would go a long way. The house is a bit musty. I liked the rustic style, wide wood floors, but there seems to have been no thought whatsoever to creating a warm and inviting house. The furniture appears to be old cast-offs that weren't wanted anymore and anything was used, including broken pieces. Bedrooms are completely painted with one color paint - walls, ceiling and trim. House could use AC too but wasn't a huge problem with the cool nights.
