About this property

This well maintained 2 bedroom, 2 bath, contemporary home is situated in a private, wooded area near the ocean side beaches off Route 6. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the dining area, as well as two sets of sliders leading to the expansive deck. The living area has a flat screen TV and a lovely mural gate that closes across the 2nd floor stairs. The second floor features both bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with a twin trundle bed. Both bedrooms feature a small, private balcony overlooking the Wellfleet woods. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) Fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

Good location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice 1970s home walking distance to Duck Pond. Lovely back deck.

Cape getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have vacationed in Welfleet for years, know the area very well. The cottage is well located between the National Sea Shore and Welfleet Harbor. Great area for biking or just relaxing at the house. The house itself was nice, but in need of updating, most irritating were holes in screens which let mosquitoes in constantly, and the check in, check out times, 4 pm arrival and 9 am check out! Renters lose both Saturdays, based on past experiences we’ve had 2 pm check in, 10 or 11 am check out.
