Had a very good stay over Christmas for five days at the Sorrento Towers. The unit was very nice. The view was not very good. Would prefer to have bought a higher floor with a better view, but that’s not the fault of the unit owner.Sorrento Tower suite was very clean no problems. Would book again. I’ve also stayed at the Traesor tower and like both of them.The location is great. The fountainbleau hotel has got great facilities, spa and pools. Good service at the beach too.

We love the hotel, love the unit we stayed. It is exactly how the pictures show. Check-in was easy. Spa was a nice touch. We used spa twice, it is included in the price. Unit carpet can use a change. Hotel has free bike rental.

Property was beautiful and clean. View was beautiful. The only thing that was questionable was the daily 250.00 deposit hold amounts in which was not told until check in day. All in all the property manager was very communicative and went beyond to help me with my reservations so that I could enjoy my 20th Anniversary.

Great location and spacious room, but some parts need a little tlc— some broken cabinets, shower handle, etc. Kids loved the pools and the valet service was included and excellent.

Great host and room!

Our third stay with this host and 7th year visiting the Fountainebleau. The room is on a lower floor but has a nice balcony in a quiet corner overlooking palm trees and the resort. We found it very peaceful. Check in was smooth, the room was clean and spacious. Wifi worked well and cell service was strong. Having full access to all the amenities of the hotel included in the price, as well as free parking are huge perks considering how much the hotel charges for parking and resort fees. Based on availability, the host was very accommodating with an early check in and late check out which we greatly appreciated.

Great communication with owner

The hotel is beautiful, and the room was nice. The spa passes were a nice touch, as the spa was quite relaxing. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had trouble getting the hotel to refund an unauthorized hotel fee, but the owner was able to take care of the issue almost immediately.
