Thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, natural light streams in throughout the house, a feature you’ll notice the moment you walk through the front door. With an open floor plan and multiple outdoor gathering spaces, including a rooftop deck with views of downtown Austin, the layout lends itself to large groups, families, corporate retreats, or those looking for an upscale, elevated stay. We’ve put great care into curating both indoor and outdoor spaces with premium furnishings, artwork, and fittings so that you can enjoy your time in luxury and make lasting memories.

With a fully equipped chef's kitchen and extra large island, cook a special meal, make a simple cup of tea or coffee (provided as part of your stay), listen to music, or watch the game on the large 4K TV in the adjacent living room. There is plenty of room on the first floor for entertaining and hanging with your group. Here you will also find a pullout couch that converts to a full queen-sized bed.

Bring your children and your pets, relax and kick back in the private yard just outside the sliding glass doors—enjoy the beautiful landscaping and serene sounds of the fountain designed to mimic our favorite region of Italy. At night, dramatic architectural lighting transforms the yard into a stunning and inviting space, perfect for entertaining or recapping the day with loved ones.

The first floor bedroom is decorated with mid-century modern furniture: a queen bed, storage closet, and built-in desk in case you need to get some work done. A full bathroom is a few steps away as is a separate linen closet containing Samsung washer and dryer units.

Head upstairs to the second guest bedroom, with its own full bathroom and storage closet.

Down the hall is the main bedroom, which has a wall of windows overlooking downtown Austin and a private balcony where you can cuddle up with a book or simply take in the view. Enjoy a dedicated main bathroom with dual sinks, dual shower heads, and a walk-in closet.

The third floor has a fitness corner with a Peloton bike, set of hand weights, and yoga props for getting in a morning workout. Just adjacent is an electric standing desk and whiteboard, perfect for taking zoom calls, responding to emails, or plotting out your next big idea before you head out to enjoy Austin. Down the hallway are two cozy twin-sized beds with their own clothing racks. Lastly there is a den with a twin-sized daybed, record player with some of our favorite records, and a Samsung Frame TV equipped with Roku.

Finally, after a day in the city, you can watch the sunset on our rooftop deck while rocking in chairs, listening to music on Sonos, and taking in sweeping views of downtown Austin.
