The house amenities inside and out were terrific. Very clean and plenty of room. Proximity to the beach was great. The only drawback was the traffic on A1, very busy road.

Super stay! easily earns the 10/10 rating. Thoughtfully appointed, tidy, amazing location. Love when a space says it sleeps large groups and it has seating, dinner ware and bathrooms to suit. It is on the main road but we were not bothered by the sounds and it’s very dark at night. The driveway is quite long so even going out the front door, you’re set back from the street. We really enjoyed the pool (there is a speaker system) and all the beach accoutrements (wagon!!). It’s about 50 yards away from a shaded playground which is great if you’re traveling with kids. Kavita was very communicative; there is a professional feel to the stay. They are not stingy with towels, dishwater tabs, etc. Very well run and super easy check-in and check-out process. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to others.

Fabulous location! Host communication was perfect and the details and items available were 100% perfect! We live only an hour away and really hope to come back again. Access to the beach is just across the street, the availability of the beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas etc was so nice!!! Pool was perfect for a dip after a long day at the beach. We cooked in the kitchen and on the grill! Details in the home are so thoughtful!

The house had everything we could ask for and was close to the beach (it is across a busy street) and town. The pool was a real treat even though the weather did not cooperate and we didn't get in it, we enjoyed dipping our toes in and having our own little oasis. Kitchen was very well stocked and accommodations were as described! Appreciated all the beach chairs, towels, etc. You can tell the owners truly love this place and want their guests to enjoy it as much as they do! Thanks so much!

This property is a gem. The heated pool, continuous hot-water, and the fully-equipped kitchen were the most important elements. Also, we found the property super clean.The property managers were very responsive and gracious. Lastly, the property is right north of Canaveral National Seashore which was so much fun to visit. I would definitely re-book this property.

This was a fantastic find for us! Beautifully and comfortably decorated and very very clean. The host family has truly provided everything you could possibly need. Our stay was too short to take full advantage of the amenities but we made it a priority to spend time enjoying the lovely pool and back yard.

Great house in a great location. Owner was very responsive with any concerns. My boys loved being able to walk to the park, beach, Izzy’s and C’s Waffles! They really enjoyed the heated pool. So close to a lot of our favorite spots and lots of space. This house is very equipped with many things you may need! We all agreed that we will be back :)

OMG, it was just amazing, the place with an Ocean view and only one minute from the Ocean. they have anything you need to if you forget anything and the cart to to haul your beach equipment is a plus. it was very clean and had a great time.

Great Stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and had plenty of space. It’s an easy walk over to the public beach access. The pool and patio area are great for swimming or relaxing. It’s obvious the host has put in a lot of effort to think of the small details that make a big difference. We would definitely recommend this property!

Absolutely fantastic

Nothing but great things to say about the entire vacation. The property was well appointed with nice touches that made us feel welcome at every turn. The heated pool was awesome as it was still a little chilly for ocean swimming. We will definitely be back.

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!Our group of seven girls just wrapped up the most amazing beach getaway, and this house was a huge part of what made the trip so special. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy time together without ever feeling crowded.What truly impressed us was how incredibly well-stocked the house was. Every time we thought, “I wonder if they have…” the answer was yes! Beach gear, kitchen essentials, extra touches throughout the home—it honestly felt like everything had been thought of in advance. The location could not have been better. We were close to everything we wanted to do, and getting to and from the beach was a breeze. It made the entire trip stress-free and enjoyable.The host was also wonderful—responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests having a great experience.The best part? We had absolutely zero complaints. Not one. That’s rare when traveling with a group of seven! This house exceeded every expectation we had, and we spent the entire weekend saying how lucky we were to find it.We are already talking about coming back, and when we do, this will be the first place we try to book. Girls’ Weekend Stay

This home was a perfect place for my sister’s bachelorette party. We rented a boat nearby before heading to the house and enjoying the pool. The second story was a great hangout spot with table and couch that fit all seven girls. We loved walking to the beach just across the street to watch the sunrise. Kavita was quick to respond and very accommodating. Every bedroom has a bathroom connected to it. The futon is on the first floor and all other beds are on the third floor. This worked for me since I had a nursing baby, but wouldn’t be ideal if you wanted to be close to other people. Overall, I highly recommend this home for a group as it is spacious, perfectly located, and beautiful!

The house was beautiful, clean and well stocked.The host has put a lot of thought into what her guest could possibly need or want. There was some difficulties with getting checked in but that was on VRBOs end, And the host contacted me directly. You could see the beach from the balconys.
