The Downtown Berry Bungalows provides two detached 2BR/2BA pre-war remodeled bungalows on the western edge of historic Downtown Flagstaff shops & restaurants. Fully fenced yards w/charcoal BBQs, fire pits, picnic tables and Adirondack chairs. Close to Basha's grocery store (10-minute walk), NAU 3/4 mile (15-minute walk) to NAU, and Flagstaff Medical Center. Samsung Smart TVs in the living rooms and bedrooms with speedy streaming WiFi. 2 washer/dryer sets. Parking for 3 cars + street parking.

STRAWBERRY:This 2023 remodeled single level home features two bedrooms with two nightstands (w/reading lamps) and a dresser. The bedrooms have a Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access. The living room has a 55" Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access. The speedy WiFi service is 1 gig.

The master bathroom has a tub/shower, vanity, and one piece lav. The hall bath boasts a shower along with vanity and one piece nav. Both bathrooms provide body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

The new kitchen features a stainless steel undermount sink, cherry red refrigerator and gas range, dishwasher, full size stacked washer and dryer.

BLUEBERRY: This 2023 remodeled single level home features two bedrooms with two nightstands (w/reading lamps). The bedrooms have a Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access. The living room has a 50" Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access. The speedy WiFi service is 1 gig.

The primary bathroom has a tub/shower, vanity, and one-piece lav. We provide body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The second bathroom is in a detached building with laundry and an office with desk, chair, sofa, and Samsung Smart TV.

The kitchen features a stainless steel undermount sink, robin egg blue refrigerator, dishwasher and range.

We LOVE dogs - they stay for free! (Sorry, no cats due to allergies).

The houses are yours as well as the fully fenced yards. Enjoy the Adirondack chairs, picnic table, BBQ and firepit. Please bring your own charcoal, firewood, lighter and fluid.

We provide starters, a half dozen K-cups or so, for your coffee needs upon arrival. We do not restock during your visit. Please enjoy our sharing library – take a book, leave a book. We also have a vinyl record player and 20 or so albums of a wide variety. Enjoy the music, but please don’t take any albums with you.

Western edge of Downtown Flagstaff - filled with history and charm. Housing options include small pre-war bungalows and larger historic homes dating back to the turn of the century. You’ll often see architecture of brick, rock, and Ponderosa Pine that is native to Flagstaff. The area is very popular for locals.
