Cute cottage, clean & tastefully decorated. Located on a quiet side street thats only1/4 mile from pier (5-10 minute walk) and many restaurants & bars and other entertainment. Off street parking, fenced in back yard, new deck, hardwood floors, washer/dryer, gas grill, television, high speed wifi, picnic table. Fully stocked kitchen. Children welcome, non smoking only, pets not allowed, wheelchair inaccessible.

We live in Sandown New Hampshire and it's been our dream to own a cottage near the ocean. We had memorable vacations with our 2 kids (Megan & Tommy) taking the Downeaster Train from Exeter NH up to different locations in Maine. Our 1st trip was to OOB and we had such fun!! We feel very lucky to own such a cute little cottage in Maine :)
