The neighborhood is safe. The neighbors are friendly and look after the neighborhood. They are always helpful respectful and kind. The location itself is situated far enough from the hustle and bustle of La Zona Romantica but just minutes from the beach, bars, trendy restaurants, and nightlife. Up a few blocks and you have restaurants, down a few blocks and you have the local outdoor market. Just a little further and you have reached the beach. There is a river less than 20 yards away that many walk during the morning. Mystic Circle Cafe is conveniently located just below the apartment.
