Come see this delightful 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Cottage just 125 yards to Private Beach Association on Cape Cod Bay. This two-story Cottage has a first-floor primary bedroom with a queen size bed and private bath with a walk-in closet. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms with a full bath. One is queen size, the other full. The washer and dryer are located off the kitchen along with a half bath.
Located between Mayflower and Corporation Beach, the property has wonderful water views from inside the home and from the deck. With easy access to the Dennis Village, the Cape Cod Playhouse, the Cape Cinema and several local restaurants, there are plenty of attractions to keep you busy if you need a day away from the beach.
If you're looking for something special and unique, you might want to check this out. Fully furnished with all the amenities including Ductless AC, Gas Fireplace, Wifi, Smart TV, Washer and Dryer, Outdoor Shower and Weber Gas Grill. No pets and no smoking allowed.
Non-refundable $500 Administrative fee, $440 Cleaning fee (Linens Included), plus applicable taxes.
