This is the second time we have stayed at this house, and we enjoyed it even more this year than last. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. With two levels of living space, there is plenty of room for everyone to kick back and relax. The hot tub and sauna are a perfect way to end your day, after sitting on the deck and watching the sun set over the water and mountains in the distance. You may even see some wildlife - we had a two-point buck come up the walkway and watch us through the window!

This home is beautiful and the view is amazing. The kitchen and bathrooms are the best stocked of any home we have rented. Quiet neighborhood and an easy ride to Coupeville. Jeff was a very responsive host and helpful with a lot of local information.

Grand stay at Oak Harbor Grand

This place does not disappoint! The view is just spectacular -- and the home itself is very welcoming and well-appointed. It accommodated seven of us very comfortably, and there was easily room for more. The host is very organized and a good communicator. Would recommend this home very highly and hope to return!

Very comfortable home

The views from the house are gorgeous and really make the place feel special. The house is spacious and open, perfect for our family of tall adults! The hot tub was also amazing with all of the bells and whistles that you could ask for!

Jeff (host) is GREAT! Home is lovely and FULLY EQUIPPED with every convenience you might need and so conveniently located!! This was our 2nd year in a row to stay here. 5 adults. Wonderful!

Lovely vintage

The home was in a lovely neighborhood with amazing views ontop a hill. Kitchen was very well equipped and hot tub was very large! Living room was lovely with a full wall of windows to enjoy the view. Wonderful sound system upstairs and down. We would definitely comeback!

Felt Like Home

The listing accurately described the house. Better view than our home but other than that it felt like home. Kitchen is well organized and they had every thing we needed. The living room is beautiful and comfortable. If you like music then you will really enjoy the house. The house has lots of windows and more light than most homes. The light is good for one's attitude. There were two things that bothered us a bit: 1. No window covering to block out the morning light and give us the level of privacy we wanted; 2. the carpet is white and beautiful but we felt uncomfortable eating in the dinning room for fear of staining the carpet via an accident. As to the privacy, the bedrooms are secluded from neighbors but still we were not comfortable knowing who might be outside looking in. The location is as good as you can ask for. Shopping is just down the road, connecting to major roads are easy to get to, the neighborhood is very nice and the views are great. Should we return to this area, we would seek to stay here again.

Thank you for your 5-star review. We try hard to provide a 5-star experience. To that end we have ordered privacy panels that can be positioned in front of the windows in the master bedroom. Because that bedroom is on the 3rd floor above the street below, and the bed is positioned against the back wall away from the windows, nobody on the street or in the yard 10 - 30 feet below can see anyone unless someone inside the master bedroom walks over to the windows. I’ve always enjoyed the ability to see Mt Baker and the sky above during the day and the stars at night while sitting up or laying in bed. But with the new folding portable privacy panels, guests will now have the option to place the panels near the windows, so the master bedroom will be like both bedrooms on the main level below which have adjustable window coverings. Also, no worries about the carpet. It’s high quality and cleans well. It’s never been a problem. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and you would be most welcome to stay again!

Beautiful home , wonderful view

This home is in a convenient location if you are interested in outdoor activities. There are a number of parks around. You can see much of the natural beauty from driving around but there are various lengths of trails available. The house provides enough conveniences that you could be cozy even during a spill of bad weather.Large home that could easily provide individual privacy or room for a large group.

Wedding on Whidbey

The house was in a great location for us - less than 10 minutes to our wedding venue. The house could accommodate our family so everyone had a bedroom and bathroom. We did have an issue with the hot tub for several days and were not able to use it, which was tough because that was one of the things we were all looking forward to.

A grand time had by all

We are a group of friends who have know each other since elementary school and grew up in Oak Harbor. It was wonderful to gather everyone together in a fabulous home with an amazing view to share memories, laughs and life experiences.

Large space with gorgeous views

We enjoyed our stay very much! We were five couples and it was roomy enough to make our gathering very comfortable. A full bathroom on each of the three floors was excellent. The best thing was there were enough chairs to seat us all comfortably around the table where we shared meals together, had hours-long deep conversations and played games. The long deck fit all of us in a front row seat of the gorgeous view. Mt. Baker was splendid in all its glory! The house was clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking our meals. The grand piano was a huge bonus as a few of us are musicians and we made good use of it!
