This treasured Coffin Point beachfront gem sots on an idyllic .87 acre lot with a sweeping lawn from the house down to the beach. This unique house incorporates heavy timber beams and flooring reclaimed from a local mill. Atmosphere is further provided by the 18 legacy live oaks drenched in Spanish moss, creating a serenity that defines Lowcountry living. Abundant coastal wildlife is visible from the property - dolphins, osprey, pelicans, and deer. Imagine yourself sipping coffee while watching the sunrise over the water, or beach combing on the private beach for shells or sharks teeth!
Fully furnished, 3 BR 2 BA, (1 king bed, 1 queen, 2 twins), well stocked kitchen and grill, washer/dryer, high speed internet, municipal water, towels and linens provided.
