The place was adorable and exactly as described. A little further from downtown Traverse City but we still walked there and took an uber back. The deck was great with the hot tubs. We didn’t go in one due to smoke from fires in Canada, but still nice. The host was fabulous! Very timely in her responses and genuinely nice. Highly recommend!

Great location. Spacious accommodations. Appreciated the full kitchen and washer/dryer to make a one-week stay comfortable. Garbage disposal and Internet (streaming services and WiFi )not working upon check-in. Owners had both operating within 24 hours but would’ve been nice if those were checked prior to arrival. Unit was not as clean as we expected. Could not go barefoot or in socks as floors were not cleaned and lots of dust on drywall accumulated and blowing around. No air filter present in air handler to address the air quality issue. Cold water not working in kitchen sink and limited towels provided (no wash cloths, one hand towel, one dish towel). Hot tubs are not a feature to consider in your rental selection as they are small and not clean. Chlorine absent in all spas.

Clean space & good location, inconsistent communication with property manager

The space was extremely clean and modern. Location to downtown was fabulous. Only complaint was communication with the property manager - when we had questions, did not hear back for several hours or a day later.

The property is just as listed, it was clean and in good condition. The location is in close driving distance to downtown. Communication with host was sometimes delayed, some of the property details needed to be updated, like WiFi. I do believe some of this is made hard by VRBO and not totally on the host. Emily did answer all of our questions once we got a hold of her. We would stay here again.

The property itself was nice, clean, and in walkable distance to the amenities we needed. The host was responsive and any issues or questions were resolved or discussed in a timely manner. One downside of the property is that there is a homeless person encampment next door at what appears to be an under-renovation hotel (?), and unfortunately, this is a corner property, and all the East windows faced it. We didn't have any issues with the folks next doors, but if we kept the shades open at dusk, anyone outside can clearly see in. We would still recommend this property.
