Welcome to The St. Simons Grand - one of St. Simons' most sought after locations! This gated condo community offers spectacular ocean views, a pool (heated during the cold season), hot tub, and easy beach access. It's located near East Beach and not far from many popular shops and restaurants.

In unit 215, you will have one of the best views in the complex! Enjoy the private balcony with the ocean breeze blowing through your hair - perfect for a morning coffee or afternoon tea. If you want to hang out inside instead, there is plenty of seating in the living room too, along with a TV and a lovely view with access to the balcony. At the end of the day, you can prepare a meal in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoy family dinner at the dining table!

Nice condo, nice beach. Town very close, great walkability, restaurants. Several restaurants are also 2-3 min from condo. Mild encounter with ants. Make sure to bring kitchen items suggested in initial communication, beach equipment, though rental beach chairs/ umbrella on weekend. Beds are ok.

We love staying here but we had a couple of issues. The AC and dishwasher did not work. Luckly it was cool out so we left the doors open. The coffee makers need replacing- dirty and the master shower water pressure is painful.

We enjoyed the beach each day and then hit the pool on our way in for the day. Little bit of a walk to the beach. I would recommend bringing a cart for hauling your coolers and chairs to beach. Condo did not come with chairs but you can call a few services for tent and beach chair set ups. We will definitely rent from again.
