The living and kitchen area with new appliances is a great, sun-filled room for entertaining and relaxing. Huge granite island with seating for four and a table for six. Large, private deck off this level with views of the Pilgrim Monument and a gas BBQ grill.
This free-standing home with vaulted ceiling offers Cable TV, WiFi, A/C and washer and dryer.
Three bedrooms are located on lower level. Master Bedroom ensuite (with tub) with king bed and TV, plus two other bedrooms; one with a queen size bed, and the other with two beds. Each bedroom has individual AC and heat controls. A second full bath also is located on this level.
Two dedicated parking spaces and municipal parking nearby. Located just two blocks from Commercial Street: walk to Boston ferry, harbor beach, shops, bars and restaurants. You are only a short bike ride to the Nat'l Seashore beach, or take the van that stops at the end of the street. You might never need your car until it is time to leave.
There is no smoking in the house or on the property. No pets are allowed.
