Located in Alameda, this delightful house is a dream. With 2 bedrooms, including 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed (with a trundle underneath), guests will find comfort and relaxation. The kitchen & bathroom have been renovated, hardwood floors are newly refinished, and the interior has fresh paint. This property also provides an enclosed sunroom, a back porch, and a spacious backyard. The attached sunroom (not insulated so hot in summer & cold in winter) works great as an office space or third sleeping area (although not a third bedroom), as there is a couch that converts to a bed. Whether you're exploring the city or simply enjoying downtime, our house in Alameda is the perfect place to stay. Enjoy your time in Alameda at our house.
Guests have access to entire home with no shared interior spaces. Yard is also exclusive to the guests. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer that is private for guests. No access to basement or detached garage. Fireplace can NOT be used.
