We enjoyed being close to downtown Estes Park. The house had room for all of us. The kitchen was fully equipped to make meals. We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful area.
Had a great time at Chapin ln. House was clean and well stocked. Walking distance to downtown shopping, coffee, restaurants. Will definitely come again.
It was perfect for what we needed but i wish there had been some more basic things provided. We had to get dish soap and sponges, tin foil, spices like cinnamon, fire starters and wood (which we later found wood under the deck). Overall great house and location but extra grocery strop trips for basics and was a bummer. We aslo didnt u
The house is well stocked with necessities. House is comfortable in living areas and bedrooms. There are 2 large living room areas for a family but the kitchen and dining room are tighter spaces. Comfortable and quality beds. The owner was very responsive. Location is in walking distance to the downtown, but just be advised that there is a lot of street traffic noise while sitting on porch, however you can not hear it inside.
We are experienced Estes Park guests as my spouse grew up here. We visit yearly but decided to VRBO to give our four kids more room. We couldn’t have picked a better property! Everyone had their own beds, a large living room for hanging out, and within walking distance to downtown. We had elk visits every morning & at dusk in the side yard. Great amenities and comfortable beds & furniture. Would definitely stay here again!!
We took our 4 and 1.5 year olds on their first trip to Colorado. This house was perfect for us. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own room. Living room was lovely and loved having several couches. Kitchen had everything we needed while we were there. We did have an issue where the door locked us out, but the owner was very responsive and sent someone down to help us within 5 minutes.
We would definitely rebook in the future!
we all enjoyed our stay. The house was large enough so we were comfortable. couple of things though. The windows need to be washed. There was trash in the yard. Also, could you install grab bars in the shower.
Easy enough to fix.
The house was very clean and quiet. The sound isolation from exterior activity like traffic was great. The large living room and family room were great. The house is in easy walking distance to downtown, which is good due to the lack of parking and traffic downtown. The driveway has ample parking at the house. There was a lot of road construction in progress downtown. The kitchen is fully equipped. This house is ideal for a large family or other relatives to rent due to the four isolated bedrooms. The fenced in backyard was great for the dog. I wold stay there again. I would recommend this house to others.

The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped, and the back-yard was fenced. Lots of windows in every room making the house was sunny and bright, but great shades that made it private in the evening. The master bath had been updated (walk in shower) and heater worked great. Of note, the dinning room would be crowded for a large group and the shared bathroom is a claw-foot tub so might not be great for folks with mobility issues. There were 4 of us, two dogs, and we stayed for 4 nights. We did call the contact number and left a voicemail asking for a rake to pick up dog poop in the back yard, but we never heard back. The yard definitely needed to be picked up between renters. We also could not locate a broom or placemats to protect the dining room table. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and are planning to return next year.
