Estes Park Registration #3527 Welcome to this 4 bedroom, 2 bath, Mid-Century Modern ranch. Located along Hwy 34, this home is a 5-minute drive to Fall River entrance of RMNP. As you walk through the front door you are greeted with a mid-century stone fireplace in the living room with original hardwood floors. Large windows in the front room allow for plenty of wildlife viewing.
To the right is the primary bedroom with King bed. Adjoining the bedroom is a private ensuite bathroom with a full marble, tile, walk-in shower and single vanity with quartz countertops. Heading towards the back of the house you enter an updated kitchen with SS appliances including: refrigerator, microwave oven, stove and dishwasher. There is a small island is in the middle, perfect for prepping food and seating for two. From the kitchen you enter a laundry room that leads out to a large deck with two seating areas. Enjoy the views of Prospect Mountain while your grill on the BBQ. Connected to the deck is a large fenced-in yard for Fido! Off the kitchen is the dining room with Knotty Pine wainscoting; creating a very cozy, atmosphere- reminding you that you’re in the mountains! From the dining room you enter a large family room with a second fireplace that is floor to ceiling stone. The back of the room is a full wall of windows for ample viewing of the mountains and wildlife. On the other side of the house there are 3 more bedrooms. Two rooms with Queen beds and one with Twin beds. Each room has plenty of closet space for all your vacation, hiking clothes. A full-size bathroom is located in the hallway between the bedrooms. New hexagon penny tile in the bathroom adds to the charm of the antique claw foot tub with curtain surround. A new single vanity gives you ample storage for all your bath essentials. The whole house has new carpet and freshly painted. This rental is a smoke free zone!

The home was just as described. The views from the back living area were awesome and the dogs absolutely had a ball in the back yard. The home was spacious and had more than enough room for us four adults, two children and two dogs. Downtown Estes Park was in walking distance as well were many shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
We enjoyed our stay for several reasons including, location, accommodations, and outside area for our dog to roam. We will choose to stay here again if the opportunity arises.
Great house with large bedrooms and plenty of space for the six of us. Very clean for a pet friendly house and the wood fireplace was a treat. We would stay again.
Our family enjoyed making memories here. Our party decreased from 7 to 4 at the last minute but we were still able to gather for games and a meal or two. Loved being so close to Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown! Wildlife right out the back door was a big plus!
Beautiful Home! Plenty of room for everyone with two living rooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable, which is always important to us. Stunning views out every window. Very close to downtown and grocery store. Had plenty in the kitchen for us to cook as well. Honestly wish we were in town longer.
The house was amazing! It was extremely comfortable, perfectly located and very clean! The fenced in backyard was perfect for our small dog. Mule deer and elk visited often. Location was close to everything but very quite as well. Would stay here again in a heart beat! Loved it.
This home was an excellent base for our exploring the Rocky Mountain National Park. We appreciated the convenient location, comfortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen, and space to relax as a family. We loved seeing elk walk thru the neighborhood each morning! Thanks for sharing your home!

This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown Estes but it feels miles away. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor deck and all the interior spaces as well.
Great property with a short walk to town!Nice fenced yard for children to play.The location was ideal, just 4 miles to par entrance. Host was responsive to issues with gas grill and coffee maker.
We had a fantastic stay at the Chapin Ln property! The house itself was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax. The huge, well-maintained backyard was a major highlight and absolutely perfect for our dog—she loved having so much space to run around.The location is also excellent, being so close to Downtown. We walked to Kind coffee often. The host, Jesse, was very communicative and made the whole process easy and stress-free.We highly recommend this rental, especially for those traveling with pets!

We enjoyed being close to downtown Estes Park. The house had room for all of us. The kitchen was fully equipped to make meals. We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful area.
