My husband and I came in for a Noah Kahan concert and location was great for places to go. Place was perfect size for 2 people who like to have groceries and cook some meals. Mandy was super responsive to any and all of our questions. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

It was a fantastic location. It was close to lots of wonderful places to walk. It was very clean and decorated nicely. We'd happily stay here again.

Highest recommendation! This immaculate flat has everything we needed for a perfect, quiet stay. The furniture's very comfortable, and the new appliances, kitchenware & linens–– along with the higher ceilings––create a fresh, crisp light-filled atmosphere. Great location in the beautiful Avenues: lovely area to walk/jog in; cafés, restaurants, groceries, liquor store all nearby, and only a short distance to the U. and U. hospital complex, and to downtown.Mandy is delightful: she was immediately available to troubleshoot when the wifi went out one evening. As well, she graciously accommodated our request for extra pillows. My husband and I were so pleased with this rental, I've already been in touch with her about booking it again!
