Luxury house in fabulous scenic 30a, Santa Rosa Beach
Bring the whole family to this luxury place with lots of room for fun. It's a 3400sqft house built at the end of 2023 with four bedrooms (w/two large masters w/king bed + twin bunk) and 3 & 1/2 bath in Bluewater Landing Community. The house has 3 floors with an elevator and two car garage. The house is on a spacious lot, back to a beautiful wood view. It's located in the middle of the scenic 30A, South Walton, Santa Rosa Beach. It's minute to the beautiful white sand Blue Mountain Beach Access. 25min from Destin.
The Space:
Beautiful and relaxing from the inside with the wooded back yard views. The pictures doesn't do its justice.
Bedrooms:
1. 1st large master bedroom with king bed and a twin bunk bed for kids.
2. 2nd large master bedroom with king bed and a twin bunk bed for kids.
3. 3rd bedroom with queen bed
4. 4th bedroom with full size bunk beds with a twin pull out on the bottom.
5. A twin roll out bed located in the closet on the 1st fl.
Bathrooms: There is a master bath on the 1st floor, 1/2 bath on the 2nd floor, a master and full baths on the 3rd floor.
Kitchen: Full kitchen. Natural gas grill outside.
Beach Access: Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access.
The house has two kayaks, bikes and beach chairs.
The house is in Bluewater Landing Community.
