Down by the river.

Quiet stay-over passing thru Knoxville. Relaxing overall stay and comfortable bed. Close and easy access to I-40. Will stay there again!

Short stay but worth it

Loved our stay here. It was short and sweet but so quaint and private. The view was incredible and the hosts were exremely friendly. Would definitely stay here again for a longer time.

Our stay on the river

This was a wonderful location. The host family made us feel so welcome. The views were spectacular especially in the morning with fog hanging over the river and the sun rising over the trees.

Perfect Getaway

My husband, kids (12 & 15), and I had a wonderful stay. Property was quiet and private, yet 15-20 min from all the activities we had planned. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and the property had everything we needed.

Perfect place for a family trip

This was a perfect stay for us. We had a soccer tournament and location, size and beautiful veiw of the river was amazing to wake up to. We will definitely be back for next years tournament!

Holston Hills Get Away

My wife and I stayed here while we were having some work done at our house. Beautiful little spot, great location and had everything we needed to make it home away from home for a bit. Highly recommend.

The barn apartment was perfect for our visit to Knoxville. The property is beautiful and quiet (right on the river), and an easy drive to downtown. The owners are delightful and the property manager easy to work with. We would happily stay here again!

Cozy Barn retreat with River fun and fireflies

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! It was perfect for our family of three and our dog. Our son had a great time playing by the river and catching fireflies at night. The barn was cozy and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We hope to return soon!

Down by the River

It was great waking up every morning and enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the river. Our yellow lab loved taking dips in the river and chasing the ball in the wide open field around the barn.

Calm and peaceful

My 13 year old and I came for a mother/daughter weekend and a concert in Knoxville. We both absolutely LOVED this property. It’s so peaceful and beautiful. Far away enough to have serenity but close enough to everything. We will definitely be back.
