Prior to that, we resided in Hawaii, where I worked as a hostess at an organic farm and circus school. Since we moved to New York, we have owned a restaurant and a food truck, and we recently bought an 1850 farmhouse, which we are gradually restoring. My hobbies include gardening, cooking, yoga, and hosting.
Why they chose this property
Earlville is a peaceful village located just outside of Hamilton. We decided to settle here primarily because of our lovely house. As someone who grew up in an urban environment, I can confidently say that this community is a breath of fresh air. It's common to see neighbors walking their dogs or jogging, and the village is currently undergoing a renaissance, with staff and faculty from the nearby university being attracted to the area.
Our house is conveniently located down the street from the Earlville Opera House, hosting various acts such as The Wailers, Squirrel Nut Zippers, Hazmat Modine, and several local Americana-style musicians.
