About this property

Beautiful Home in Downtown and by Colorado College. New furnishings & Clean!

Home is located on a tree lined street in central Colorado Springs. The area is called the Old North End and was developed around 1900. The house is a remodeled home with 2 bedrooms, 1.5baths, sleeps 5. Our home was built in 1900 and features original wood floors and trim. Everything else has been updated. Kitchen has gas range, Island hood, tile floors, breakfast bar, adjacent dining room & more. The property has off street parking and is 1-2 blocks to Colorado College, 1 mile to downtown Colorado Springs, about 10-15 minutes to Garden of the Gods and quick and easy access to I-25. From the house you can get just about anywhere in Colorado Springs in 15-20 minutes. There is WiFi, 50 inch HD TV, cable tv and internet service, linens/towels/blankets/pillows and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The Master bedroom has a queen mattress, the second bedroom has a twin Daybed and the living room has a full sized pullout Sofa sleeper. There is a front porch with table and two chairs and the back patio has a table with 6 chairs and two Adirondack type chairs with propane BBQ grill. The house has central Air Conditioning but being a 118+yr old home, the upstairs doesn't cool as well as the main level. The home is very comfortable and completely set up as a vacation home. We enjoyed our stay over the thanksgiving holidays. The house was lovely, it was quiet, well insulated & very well taken care of. The pictures of the house are accurate but do not do it justice, it’s better in person. Wonderful stay! Mark communicated well with us throughout. I mentioned that a crock pot would be useful during our stay and inquired if there was one at the house. He had one there when we arrived! Amazing customer service! The house was comfortable, clean, great location, quiet neighborhood and the kitchen was well-appointed (which is a big plus for our family get together). Highly recommend!

Extremely convenient location, near CC and other things I had to do in the Springs. Everything was clean, and the kitchen had pretty much everything I needed. I liked the privacy of having a separate house. Having a washer/dryer was useful for days when I came home dusty!I also appreciated the off-street parking. Area was nice and felt totally safe. Highly recommend this location!

We enjoyed staying here. A private yard in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything. The kitchen was among the best equipped I've seen in a rental. Plenty of laundry and bath supplies.Comfortable beds and furniture. Checking in/out could not have been easier.

My wife and I have two children and have lived in Colorado Springs since 1999. I was born and raised in Colorado Springs and this home has been in my family since it was built in 1900. We have had significant renovation done to it since we have owned it. Most recently we had the wood floors refinished and completely remodeled the kitchen. We hope you enjoy the home!

Why they chose this property

Very updated home with original wood flooring and original wood trim. Gourmet kitchen. Beautiful finishing and decor. 1-2 blocks to Colorado College and close to downtown and everything in Colorado Springs/Pikes Peak Region. Easy access to I25 means you can be anywhere in the Pikes Peak Region in under 30 minutes (most places 15-20 minutes).
