3 bedroom 2 bathroom home on 14 acres in a peaceful, relaxing setting.

This beautiful new construction ranch style house is located on14 wooded acres near the quiet little town of Vienna, Il. It has a large deck which overlooks a large green grassy area that is perfect for spying an early morning deer just waking up to enjoy the day or a flock of turkey scurrying through.
You can even take a walk in the woods and enjoy the stream that runs through the property.
There is also a concrete patio area that is a great area to grill out or simply hang up your diving equipment or hunting clothes.
PJ's palace is a great location for SCUBA divers, runners, folks who like to ride bike trails, wine enthusiasts and hunters as well!! We are located approximately 10 minutes north of Mermet Springs, which is one of the top diving destinations in the midwest.
This house is also conveniently located about 3 minutes from the tunnel hill trail that is a favorite trail in this area for bike riders or runners. The tunnel hill trail is the site / host of the 50 and 100 mile running race that is held every fall.
Are you a wine trail enthusiast? We are also centrally located for the wine trail in Southern Illinois. Some of our local wineries include Blue Sky, Star View, Owl Creek, Fork and Vine, Alto pass winery. You can find all of the wineries listed at shawneewinetrail.com
This location is perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a relaxing getaway.

This is an excellent property, with a wonderful living room where everyone could visit. The rooms were perfect for our group, and we totally enjoyed the outdoor fire pit area. It is conveniently close to town, but just far enough outside to provide a quiet, comfortable environment. I will be staying here again on our next visit to Mermet Springs Dive Park!

We booked this property twice, one night each way on a road trip. It's very clean, no clutter and the perfect size for one to two families. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has tons of counter space, there are plenty of towels and despite being on a main road, we got a quiet night's sleep. We would definitely book again.

The location was perfect. 14 beautiful acres 1 mile from town with a beautiful ranch style home. A peaceful deck out back where you can take in the beautiful view and sounds of nature. You can be having your cup of coffee and be surprised by a flock of turkey, a grazing family of deer!
